  Marc and his parents were really good hosts. We were entertained by Marc's parents - very pleasant and helpful people. Marc's place is the same to the pictures - homelike, rather small, but enough for living. It is equipped with all necessary household appliances. The view is great. Nearby there are supermarket and open market with fresh fruits and seafood. WiFi is available only in a small cafe, situated in 80-100 metres. Great windows-mirrows from outside!   It was a fantastic experience! The appartment is awesome - very stylish in an old (small) gotic palace. It feels very special to stay in this appartment in Venice. Also the appartment is spacious, we stayed there with 2 adults and 3 adoloscent kids and it worked out very well :) The locaton in the Cannaregio quarter is extremly nice - not to touristy but not to quiet either There are small stores and very nice restaurants nearby.   Marc has been extremely helpful in the whole process, and it was a very good experience for us. Marc called several times to check if everything is ok, great host. The appartment is not new anymore - the photos are representing this correctly - but very clean. Marc even provided a starter kit for breakfast etc. The area seems to be on the "rising side" of Venice (i.e. becoming more and more interesting through renovation of old industrial sites) - some very good restaurants and two top...   Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni a cavallo di capodanno in questo appartamento molto comodo perchè vicino alla fermata dei vaporetti e centrale rispetto all' isola della Giudecca. E' spazioso e luminoso anche per noi che eravamo in 2 adulti e 4 bambini. I proprietari sono stati elastici e disponibili, se dovete andare per capodanno verificate che il ristorante situato sotto le finestre "Le due botti" non abbia organizzato, come successo a noi, una serata a "base " di musica tecno fino alle 2...   Camera molto originale, si tratta di un ex macelleria riarredata per poterci vivere con tutto l'indispensabile, situata in una zona molto bella di venezia; unico neo nel periodo che vi abbiamo trascorso (capodanno) ci si poteva scaldare solo con delle stufe elettriche.

  Un ex macelleria trasformata in monolocale. con tanto di marmo di carrara e ganci per la carne! Da non perdere: l'esperienza di una doccia nella cella frigorifera Geniale. Posizione strategica per la biennale. Proprietari gentili e disponibili ma non invasivi.. ..Da tornare!

  We had a little communication problem at arrival not able to reach each other by phone. Then everything was perfect. We loved the flat!

  We spent 5 days in Venice, my wife and me. The studio of Marc is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and can regard it for 2 persons to everyboby. Nearby are little shops, good bakeries, nice restaurants and it is a short walk to the center. I hope, that we can come back!
