This includes on road outside please to respect the neighbours. There is a large park 2 mins away. Fridge, Toaster oven & Kettle for snacks. Coffee and tea provided. Sink & dishwasher in a run of kitchen cablinets. TV. On bus routes for Camosun, UVic & downtown. Pretty neighbourhood with Estevan Village a short walk away. 2 cats on property.

Mid century quiet kid friendly and one of Victoria's most affluent neighbourhood. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. Five blocks from sandy Gonzales Beach. Close to public transit. Large back yard. There is a downstairs suite which has a couple and a small Daxon who is very friendly to adults and kids. The yard is separated from their backyard. It is important that anyone who stays here is respectful that the tenants live downstairs.
