Local beaches offer surfing, paddle boarding or just lying in the sun. Close by there's plenty of restaurants, attractions and local spots to explore.

Our place is a self-contained studio flat on the edge of a little town. There is an excellent vegetarian cafe and health food shop 2+ minutes walk away. The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley. Open plan living area and kitchen are situated upstairs, to take advantage of the glorious views. The living area leads out to a decked balcony which overlooks the Afon Hawen Valley.

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path.
