Comfortable, well equipped, tastefully decorated apartment in great location overlooking the beach . Easy access to local amenities and the coast path . Car parking space tight and care required to access from busy road. Great place to stay !

We stayed at Ann’s for a weekend hiking in Snowdonia. The place is well equipped and really spacious, perfect for a few nights stay. The beach is very nice and only about 100 yards from the door, so plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sea view. An ideal location with plenty of nice hikes within 30-45 mins drive. Ann is super responsive and friendly and was really flexible with our checkout time. I’d highly recommend this place.

You couldn’t want a more perfect location than Grady’s it’s literally at the start of the high street with the harbour a 1 minute walk . Grady’s place had everything you’d need for a home from home stay .. we found it spotlessly clean and fresh . Grady was a great host very responsive.. we will definitely book again and highly recommend.

We stayed here for night 3 of our 6 day road trip around Wales, the cottage is beautiful and easy to find. The host Sal came in to meet us and gave us recommendations for pubs and things to do, the sand dunes are a must if you’re in the area! We had great fun playing Trivial Pursuit and the corner bath is amazing. Overall a fantastic place to stay and unwind after a long day of exploring. 10/10 🙌🎉

What a wonderful place to stay ! It was like home from home ! We arrived to a welcoming card and a pot of jam ! There was so much attention to detail . The accommodation was absolutely spotless and so well equipped . Beautiful views and well positioned . We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough and we would return in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Linda’s, she and Andrew are so friendly and helpful, they certainly made us feel welcome and at home. The location is so close to the beautiful beach, miles and miles of clean sand, Rusty my dog couldn’t believe his ‘luck’ as he and we had such a good time enjoying the sea and sand. When we asked Linda where we could enjoy a Sunday lunch on the way home, she gave us such good recommendations. We took her advice and had an excellent Sunday lunch. We recommend a stay at this great self-contained annexe with such lovely hosts, it’s certainly a peaceful retreat with lots to do. Thank you Linda and Andrew we really had a great time. Patricia and Lin not forgetting Rusty my golden cocker spaniel. 😊

What a fantastic stay! The place is in a brilliant location and was perfect for our little holiday. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The car permit was really useful and the sweet shop voucher was a lovely touch. Thank you so much, we can't wait to stay again soon.

Beautiful house with everything we needed, everything was very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed playing the games provided. They were a big hit on a rainy evening. We ordered shopping from Asda to be delivered which went smoothly but any extras were easily accessible from cost cutter around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend. Janine was so accommodating and on hand to answer any questions she even picked up some medication for me whilst our shopping that I had forgotten to bring with me. We will hopefully be back soon 🩷

The house was perfect for our needs. It is clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and having 2 bathrooms is an asset with 2 young grandchildren! The garden is secure and has a great view. A great bonus was being able to park 2 cars in such a central location. Barmouth is right on the doorstep and is surrounded by many beautiful spots. The hosts were lovely and helped make our stay fantastic. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Marianne’s beautiful home in Abersoch. The house was immaculate, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly welcome. Just a short stroll to the beach, the location couldn’t be better — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing walks by the sea. The beach itself was stunning, with golden sands, clear water, and breathtaking sunsets. Abersoch village nearby offered lovely cafes, shops, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Marianne was an exceptional host, always available and full of great local recommendations. Her home provided the perfect seaside escape, blending comfort, style, and an unbeatable setting. Every moment, whether spent exploring the coastline or relaxing indoors, felt special. We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend staying here if you want to experience the magic of Abersoch!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the fabulous views were a real highlight. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the patio and the pool table, which added a nice touch to our stay. The great selection of board games provided endless entertainment for our family. Ideally situated. Great location. Walkable to beach and to the village It was well equipped - there wasn’t anything we were short of! The beds were comfy and so were the pillows ( often not the case). We all loved having an electric blanket on our beds as it did drop chilly at night. We had brilliant weather which also made all the difference! ☀️

Really creatively restored and decorated 1920s house with all the amenties needed for a comfortable family holiday. Fantastic spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. It's such a social space. We loved our stay at the Old Sea Captain's house. Parking for 3 cars which aren't really needed. Everything is walkable! Great access to stunning coastal walks and the beach is delightful, with many more short walks along the coast. The weather sadly wasn't on our side but staying here made our holiday perfect. Thank you to Frances and Paul for being on hand to anwser our questions etc.

Geoffrey was a great host and very helpful and flexible. The apartment is spotlessly clean, in a great location and central to everything. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Barmouth. We had a great time.

The views from the apartment were phenomenal. Looking out at the mountains and the trains was more entertaining than tv. The property was decorated really nicely, lots of lovely touches giving a nod to the fact that it is in former sea captain's house. Very comfortable furniture and bed. The snacks and wine left for us was very much appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again. One minor issue, be aware the toilet/washroom ceiling is very slanted as it's in the eaves. Mind your head if you're tall!

We had a fantastic stay at Sophie's place. It was a great place to stay with children (5 year old and a 9 month old). Sophie had all the things you would need for a baby including travel cot, highchair, baby bath and baby cutlery. The apartment was in a great location to get to things locally and only a short walk to Wisemans Bridge beach. Sophie was fantastic at answering any questions we had and an all round great host! We would definitely stay here again!

Really well located for the beach and the coastal path. The apartment was great and we really appreciated Nia's detailed and swift communication.

The flat is beautifully located overlooking the prom and the sea with constantly changing views as the tide goes in and out. It is very convenient for the town centre. It is comfortable and well-equipped. Parking requires planning as there are time limits outside and limited availability during he day. We would stay again if visiting Aberystwyth.

Amazing stay and brilliant recommendations about local things to do and places to eat. We visited "The Last Inn" which was recommended and was brilliant food. Would definitely recommend!

Kim's place was spotless, well appointed and in very convenient spot. Lovely touches like tasty Welsh cakes and a pint of milk to get us started. Would definitely recommend. Street parking but we were lucky and got a spot just outside. Many Thanks.
