The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand außerhalb von Bad Ischl im Salzkammergut. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Das Bauernhaus verfügt über 4 Zimmer (4 Doppelbetten und bei Bedarf 4 Zusatzbetten) und ist mitten im Zentrum von Abtenau. Restaurants und Geschäfte können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Abtenau ist ein toller Ort zum relaxen, Energie tanken, Wandern, Mountainbiken oder einfach nur zum Spazierengehen. Es gibt wunderbare Wasserfälle, wunderschöne Almen, ein Freibad speziell für Kinder, Minigolf, eine Sommerrodelbahn. Für Wintersportler/innen ist der Skilift Karkogel ganz im der Nähe.
