We loved our stay at Mamsha beach. Olena provided free beach access cards that came with towels, sunbeds and a water every day. The Persian Gulf was clear and warm. A supermarket and amazing restaurants are just across the street. The Alkalime restaurant stood out and we enjoyed the healthy food several times. The cultural district offers various mind-blowing attractions. Especially Teamlab Phenomenon is a must-see. Other tips about this Airbnb: - reception / security 24/7 - balcony is nice, but not really needed as the beach is so much better - Taxi’s were much cheaper to get around than Ubers, which had inflated prices most of the time and a taxi ride to a destination 30min away like Yas island with its Ferrari world etc is only around €20 - Cross over on 2nd floor to gym and pool - garbage drop on the same floor just to the left - apartment has various adapters to plug in European devices

Perfect location and incredible views on the mangrove, the apartment is clean and cosy and has all necessary appliances, highly recommended for short and longer stays !

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.

Pidimme majoituksesta paljon, asunto oli siisti ja tilava. Talo oli rauhallinen ja pääsy uima-altaalle oli ihan huippua. Sijainti oli todella kiva, kauppakeskus ihan vierellä ja toisella puolella rantabulevardi, meri ja Reem Central Park.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this Airbnb apartment for 7 days. The apartment was impeccably clean, with everything in place. The kitchen was well-equipped with clean utensils and a spotless fridge. The bathroom was super clean and stocked with fresh towels. Each bedroom had clean linens, clutter-free and easily operable wardrobes, and locks for extra security. The living room was comfortable and inviting. From the smooth check-in to the seamless check-out, the entire experience was outstanding. The reception had a manager available at all times, ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment's location was perfect, being very close to all four parks on Yas Island and Yas Mall. There were ample food options nearby, making it convenient for dining out. Ajit, our host, was another star of our stay. His hospitality and attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Yas Island.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

She was very friendly, very helpful and everything you can expect that you need in the flat it was available.

Karim is a great host and his apartment is great too! Karim was always responsive and helpful with any questions. He also gave detailed instructions that helped us move in and out easily :) The apartment looked great and bigger than in the photos. It had everything for a comfortable life!
