Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Ev tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Hava çok soğuk olmasına rağmen evin ısınması ile ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Bebek beşiğine kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederim 🙏 Hiçbir konuda eksiklik yaşamadık her şey düşünülmüştü. Evin manzarası zaten mükemmel. Gece sessizlikte kuş cıvıltılarını dinlemek harikaydı. Şehirden çok uzakta gibi hissettiriyor ama alışveriş yapabileceğiniz yerler 2 dk lık mesafede bu da ekstra kolaylık sağlıyor. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this wonderful place!

The space is over three floors. Kitchen had all the essentials and more. Middle floor had a nice living room and dining area. Great water pressure in the bathrooms! We, a family of 6 and a baby, really enjoyed the place!

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit; ich möchte mich auch nochmals bedanken. Den wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es ist schwer etwas negatives zu finden; den die Wohnung ist in einem Wort ein „wow 😍“ . Sie ist direkt an Galata Tower gelegen und daher sehr leicht überall Zufluss zu erreichen; und ebenso war es sehr sauber und alles nötige war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Und dann diese Aussicht aus der Terasse 😍 Besser hätten wir es nicht finden können. Danke Tarkan&Julia

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

This place is amazing, spotless clean with all basic amenities needed. And the location is nearby to all main tourist attraction and places. The place is much better than shown in pictures and the beds are very comfortable for a comfortable sleep. Also Enil faruk was there to welcome us and always responded very quickly for my queries. Will suggest everyone to book this place for their trip to Istanbul and have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Definitely beautiful views as all other reviews mentioned, totally worth the four flights of stairs. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated the responsiveness of the host. The tram and metro stations are right in front of the building which made it so easy to go around in Istanbul .

If you're looking for a quiet, safe area to stay in the Galataport area, this is it. A quaint split level apartment in a great new little building provides pretty much everything you need. Just a few steps to the market for small items or a 7 min walk to Carrefour for groceries, close to shopping, restaurants, and the tramway, this place pretty much is what you should be looking for. Very responsive renters, comfortable living space... as someone that frequently stays in Istanbul, this is the place to be.

Volkan is very responsive when I was trying to book the unit. Because he lives in the same building, it makes checking and check out very convenient. The unit has a kitchen and a washing machine, it makes the stay feels comfortable. The unit has large space, it’s clean. The Gelata tower, a Metro station, Tunnel are nearby. On the last day, we were very late to catch the flight. Volkan brought our luggages downstairs to wait for us to return from our sightseeing, so we could rush to the airport. We are very thankful for him being a wonderful host!

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. Öncelikle evin konumu, sunduğu olanaklar, manzarası çok güzeldi. Evin içerisinde ihtiyacımız olabilecek olan her şey mevcuttu. Hava olarak şansımıza oldukça güneşli bir haftasonuna denk geldik, akşam ise ısınmayla ilgili hiçbir problem yaşamadık ev sıcaktı. Çok huzur dolu bir haftasonu geçirdik eşimle. Terasta deniz kenarında olduğunuzu hissettiren dalga sesleri eşliğinde yenilen yemekler ve içilen kahveler en keyifli kısımdı diyebilirim. Evin temizliğiyle ve havalandırılmasıyla alakalı olumsuzluklar mevcuttu şömine kullanmamamıza rağmen İs/duman kokusu rahatsız ediciydi..Bu konuda biraz daha özen gösterilirse bence her şey kusursuz..

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
