Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Traditional Waterfront House

Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

The monk boathouse

The monk boathouse is located in the beautiful village of milos klima.Our boathouse was built by our uncle Xristos known by the locals as the monk due to his Syrma unique position at the end of the village .Its unique location makes its perfect for a relaxing holiday or a perfect honeymoon as there are no neighbors nearby it is just the syrma and the sea .beside there is big yard where you can enjoy the sun ,drink a glass of wine by the light of the stars and moon ,barbecue or even fishing

APOLLON by Akroploro - a sea view studio

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the comfy bed, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Located in the northeastern part of Milos, in Pollonia which is a small picturesque village, the studio is enjoying a fantastic sea view and it is close by foot to the local tavernas and a sandy beach. Pollonia is 11km from Adamas, the port of Milos. In the village there is , a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a car rental office.

"Sophia's Studio in Adamas" is a studio with a sleeping room with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, television, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a big veranda. The studio is located in Adamas village. Adamas is the port of Milos and the biggest village of the island. The studio is about 5 minutes on foot from the port, but away from traffic and taverns. It is located in a relaxing area close to services.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μας: ο εξωτερικός χώρος, το περιβάλλον, η θέα, το φως, η καθαρή θάλασσα και άνετο κρεβάτι. Ο χώρος μας είναι κατάλληλος: για ζευγάρια, για δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, για επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες καθώς και για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

The room fits up to three people. Relax in our stone built beds with hand carved bedside tables. The bathroom is fully equiped with the essential amenities, shampoos and a hairdryer The room also includes a flatscreen TV, free Wifi and wired internet, a fridge and a coffee machine to start the summer days the right way, and of course your own spacious private balcony.

Traditional Cycladic House with Breathtaking View

This traditional Greek house, over 200 years old, overlooks the bay of Milos from the south-west side of the mountain of Kastro. It is one of the 3 highest houses on the island. The amazing view from the new balcony in wood is simply unforgettable, you will never get tired of it. Simplicity and tradition are what define the house and its interior.

The Yellow Boat House

The little fishing village known as Klima is located right on the waterfront quite close to the entrance of the huge natural harbour of Milos. The tiny hamlet is much admired for its little boat houses with their brightly painted doors and windows.

The two accommodation buildings, are located in a quiet area, just over Agios Sostis Beach, providing an exclusive view of the Provatas' bay and of the Aegean Sea. These Southern beaches, away from the strong summer wind “Meltemi”, with velvet sand.

Sirma Irene - the Boat House on the Sea.

Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
