Любовь - замечательная хозяйка, она сделала все, чтобы мы с дочерью почувствовали себя долгожданными и любимыми гостями. Дом очень красивый, в нем есть все для комфортного проживания. Вечером мы топили камин и уютно сидели в гостиной у огня. Поселок, в котором расположен дом, очень тихий, на берегу красивого озера. На машине ехать несколько минут до магазина и до ЛИДО. Очень понравились наши каникулы в доме Любови. Всем автопутешественникам рекомендую этот замечательный дом и чудесную хозяйку!

I came here to focus on studying, but actually you only need hiking shoes and binoculars to watch swans and other birds living in the lake. You're surrounded by nature in a peaceful neighborhood, the lake houses are very cosy and clean, the place itself is meant to relax. If you come on foot, it's best (in my opinion), if you have some sort of transportation – bike, scooter, skateboard – as it let's you reach the closest city Carnikava in about half-hour. The map suggested that there's a local shop nearby in Gauja, but locals told that it would open only from April, and told me the next closest shop is right at the Gauja train station. It's good to know, if you have to buy products. Overall: I wish I didn't have to study, I'd probably hike around the lake and the local forests all day. Hosts are super helpful, the place is amazing. During my stay, every now and then sounds of military training from Ādaži polygon were noticeable, a few helicopters flew over, but it didn't bother me.

Gints is very approachable, quick to respond, we had a sauna and jacuzzi SPA set and decided to extend our stay to another night -it was very peaceful and beautiful

My favorite part was the view and the balcony. Loved it.

This was my 2nd stay with this host and it was perfect. Very responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!!

Nice and cosy place for small family (2+2) Little playground for children - swings, batute. Perfect location - the promenade, the sea and the city centre is very close. It would be nice if there were shower gel, maybe some coffee, tea and sugar, but that’s not a big problem. It just would be perfect. Close to house also are some cafes with beautiful view to river. Also there is opportunity to take boat, sups. We enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back again in the summertime.
