Stelio is a very wonderful host. She helped us plan our trip and was able to help us with any questions we may have. The place is lovely and met all of our needs.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Check-in war sehr herzlich und ging ohne Problem. Der Gastgeber hat uns vorher angeschrieben und uns gefragt, wann wir circa ankommen werden. Wir durften dann auch einen früheren Check-in machen, was wir sehr begrüssten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig und hatte sogar eine kleine Küche. Es hat an nichts gefehlt im Zimmer und die Aussicht ist einfach wunderschön. Die Unterkunft muss man mit dem Auto erreichen, was jedoch vor der Ankunft klar ist. Viele sehr schöne Strände sind im kürzester Zeit erreichbar und für Personen die gerne die Insel entdecken möchten sehr gut gelegen. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, stehts sehr hilfsbereit und immer super schnell im Antworten auf Nachrichten. Er hat uns sogar 2x Kuchen im Zimmer gelassen - sehr aufmerksam! Alle seine Tipps für Restaurants haben wir ausprobiert und alle waren sehr lecker. Wir können das Airbnb nur weiterempfehlen :). Danke!

GREAT stay if you want to be close to the iconic Santorini streets and Caldera views, but can’t afford a villa right in central Oia. It’s a short walk to the busy streets and you can enjoy the quieter area with a pool view of the ocean. The room was large and it’s located right by the bus stop! We greatly appreciated the hospitality and the free morning breakfast was great!

I enjoyed very much staying at the apartment and the neighborhood! The location is perfect, i could walk to the main monuments and museums easily without taking taxi, there are plenty of quality bars and street food restaurants in the neighborhood. it is safe and cultural area. the apartment is clean and comfortable just as pictures indicate. daily cleaning is included as well. i would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay here!! We loved staying in the quiet, but populated area of Perissa Beach (away from the touristy spots of Oia and Fira). And much cheaper staying here than those big cities (that you can easily get to by bus or renting a vehicle). We loved walking right to the beach, which was literally across the street. Perfect bed, AC unit, bathroom, and amenities for our stay in Santorini. We truly had a wonderful stay here and would 100% stay here again!

STAY HERE! We had an absolutely amazing time. Kostas and his team went above and beyond- it was my mom’s birthday and we got back from the beach to have roses and birthday cake waiting for us. The breakfast was also amazing and so fresh! We will absolutely be back I cannot recommend this place enough especially for the views and amazing team!!!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Maria empfangen und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Terrasse von Apartment 1 war recht offen und jeder Gast lief daran vorbei. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay at Constantina's place and would definitely return when back in Athens. The location was convenient to many great restaurants and things to do and see in the city. The only negative that other reviewers have already mentioned is the late night noise. We stayed over a weekend and we were woken up in the middle of the night by noise from the street below. It is a pedestrian street, but there are many bars nearby and I guess patrons tend to spill over into the surrounding streets at closing. Overall, it was a great stay!
