Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. Köyümüz denize 2 kilometre mesafededir. Yeni Foça 8 km. Eski Foça ise 16 km'dir. Foça koyları muhteşemdir. Fula Dağı bisiklet ve yürüyüş yolu köyün içinden geçer. İki insan dostu sevecen köpeğimizle sizleri bekliyoruz.

The space is simply, comfortably, and tastefully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the double bed, there is a sofa bed available. Extra sleeping arrangements are suitable for short stays and do not provide the same level of comfort as the main bed. Just a short distance from the sea and town center, it is ideal for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Market, manava, fırına uzaklığımız sadece 500 metre. 1 çift kişilik yatak 1 açılır kanepe ve asma katımızda 1 tek kişilik yatak mevcut.
