This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

The house was built in 1887 in Arnados village an amphitheatrically built village that overlooks the islands of Mykonos, Syros, Paros and Naxos. The house is 90 sqm for 4 guests and renovated in 2006 – 2008 with respect to all architectural elements. Consists of two bedrooms ( with traditional built double beds),bath with shower,living room with traditional built in corner sofa,fireplace,Kitchen and Big veranda 70 sqm. with panoramic view cyclades islands.

Το Damaskini’s House είναι ένα σπίτι ηλικίας άνω των 200 ετών, το οποίο έχει ανακαινιστεί πληρως και με πολυ μεράκι. Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.

Το ευρύχωρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα Margarita σας περιμένει για να σας προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ξεγνοιασιάς, δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Βρίσκεται 10' με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Τήνου, 6' από την παραλία του Αγίου Φωκά και μόλις 5' με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι ημιυπόγειο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 4 επισκέπτες, καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι.

Τα διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται στον Αγιο Ιωάννη Πορτο και απεχουν μολις 6 χιλιόμετρα απο την πολη της Τήνου. Σε πολυ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ και παιδότοπος. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπαρχει σταση του κτελ με συχνότητα δρομολογίων ανα 1 ωρα. Η παραλια απέχει 400 μετρα.
