This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Without A Flight

This spacious Queenslander is located in Grahame Colyer Drive, just an easy 400m walk to the patrolled beach plus all the cafe's, restaurants and shops. Alternatively Town of 1770 is only 7km away with cycle lanes along all of the route. With modern furnishings and beautiful timber flooring throughout there are 3 generous bedrooms and a separate sun room with TV. Fully fenced with ample off street parking for a large boat and there is an outdoor shower to cool off after a long day on the beach.

Eagles Outlook House

Eagles Outlook is an exceptional property situated overlooking the Agnes Water surf beach. Easy stroll to beach & shops, a small house features two bedrooms, beautiful ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom, & air conditioning. Take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, and cook a BBQ on the balcony. Note, the property comprises the main house plus two studio apartments (see Airbnb listing Eagles Outlook Studio). Guests share the pool & laundry facilities. Absolutely no pets or parties.

Our air-conditioned 3 bedroom Beach/Bush house has 1 king bed (airconditioned) with ensuite, a queen bed, an 2 king single, family bathroom with bath, open plan kitchen, lounge/dinning room (airconditioned) with laundry down stairs. Walking distance bush walking tracks, main beach, Endeavour shopping centre (coffee shops, fish n chips, sushi, gelato and clothing) and Agnes Water Tavern. Grab a meal and bring it back to the house to enjoy the alfresco outdoor entertainment area.
