Jane’s place was beautifully clean and she thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. My only negative is the king bed was not very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool and lots of activities available Would definitely return

This is our second time staying here, and we couldn’t be happier! This place has quickly become one of our favorites, and it tops our list whenever we're in the area. It has such a peaceful vibe and is always so clean. Plus, the interior is just lovely! We really enjoy our time here.

Everything about our stay was amazing. If you're looking to stay somewhere quiet and peaceful, without sacrificing quality, this is it! The property was well maintained, the inside was bigger than I expected and was decorated so nicely! Everything was clean, it smelled great, and as the "cherry on top", our host Rebekah was such a nice and responsive host! She made sure that everything was communicated prior to our arrival and before check out, which made both processes quick and easy!

The third long term stay at what I call my "tropical oasis" was just as amazing as my previous two stays. Stunning hill top views with deer, cows, horses and egrets... giant live oaks with Spanish moss dancing in the wind high in the tree tops.. banana trees.. adorable little tree frogs and lizards plus the occasional armadillo scurrying through the yard at dusk while an owl screeches from above is what you will find here. Not to mention all the other nasty bugs that call Florida home but only in the summer! This beautiful quiet very rural area is why I keep coming back. But the best part is Mark, the ever vigilant host with excellent communication always ready to address any concerns you may have. I learn so much about old FL from him and enjoy our friendly neighborly chats. The small cottage inside reminds me of an RV. But the giant screened in porch is where you want to spend most of your time. Bonus is the huge backyard that makes my big dog so happy.

Our stay at the "Farmhouse" was exactly what I was hoping for. The hosts were AMAZING, the animals were all FRIENDLY, and the location was HEAVENLY. Not only will I highly recommend this location to friends and family, but I plan on returning myself. A real gem!

This was a wonderful location for us to stay. We have family in the area and we were able to visit with them, but have a private place to stay, so they did not feel the need to take us in during our visit. It was conveniently located by a grocery store, shops, restaurants and not far from a major road. We enjoyed our stay and will book again, if we come back to visit the area!

What a wonderful stay with Susie and Jay! Their home is stunning and even better than the photos capture. They are very kind, friendly hosts and make you feel like you're visiting family.

Our stay at this house was exactly what we needed and hoped for during our vacation. The area was quiet but close enough to needed amenities like grocery stores that we had access to what we needed. The house was gorgeous and well appointed. Extra touches like available shampoo and laundry detergent helped greatly when we forgot something or as we tried to keep on top of clothing and towels for the kids during our stay. Even the simple ability to grab the provided garage door opener during our day trips made loading and unloading our vehicle much easier which, when traveling with children, is so huge. The master suite of this house was exceptional. There was so much space, and the shower and tub were straight from HGTV or Better Homes and Gardens. Leaving this house was nearly heartbreaking. I can truly say this place may be our heaven on Earth, and we cannot wait to come back for more trips in the future!

A very enjoyable place to stay. We enjoyed feeding and petting the horses. The puppies were so cute too.

Beautiful! Enchanted! A wondrous place to stay! Wendy is the perfect Hostess, and the beauty and serenity of her expansive farm is unsurpassed!!! Each morning I'd awaken to freshly made coffee with all the fixings laid out and awaiting me. Her Corgi, "Milo" will greet you to start your day while horses graze in the lush, pristine pastures. At night, we sat around the fire pit. At day, you'll come and go while Wendy tends to her homestead and all it requires, and then steps into her artist's studio to create mosaics. Just ask her for anything you need and it'll immediately appear for you. The guest room is spacious and super comfortable with a great shower in the bathroom, (great water pressure!). The location is 10 to 15 minutes to local stores and Gainesville. Honestly, I can't say enough about my 5 night stay. I was sad to leave but I feel that when I return, here is another "home."

Ann was a great host. My daughter and I really enjoyed getting to know her. She suggested we get food before arriving due to the remote location of the home. The heads up was appreciated. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Ann and Kevin we're exceptional hosts. I grossly miscalculated our arrival time, but Ann gladly and kindly accommodated us. The natural Springs (4-5) were just minutes away from our location, and the larger cities were anywhere from 30 minutes, to a 2 hour day trip away, it was perfectly in the middle of everything. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat!!!!! Thank you both for everything, including all the wonderful recommendations!!!!! 💖
