Our stay was incredibly peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to unwind. The property is located just a short walk from a private-like beach, Additionally, it’s only 400 meters from Marari main beach, making it convenient to explore.

The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

Absolutely loved this stay, exactly as the photos, stunning views yet so private.. a little slice of heaven nestled in Kochi. What made our stay so much more amazing was our host Abraham's super proactive and helpful approach. The instructions for reaching and accessing the property were superb, and he has thought of every last detail in the property aesthetic as well as guest convenience. We were blown away by the attention to the smallest details at Casa Del Mar; beautiful nautical theme throughout with a hint of Mediterranean.. amazing terrace views as well as just outside and from within the property. Binoculars supplied for early morning dolphin spotting, which we luckily saw! Cannot fault this stay, easy local transport options and helpful locals. As a host, Abraham has been absolutely amazing, highly recommended Casa Del Mar, you won't be disappointed.

The stay is very beautiful and surrounded by very nice locality. The beach is just behind the house. Fort kochi is very near by taking a ferry which cost not more than 10rs. we also rented a 2 wheeler with the help of care taker which helped us for visiting local site seeing. House is very comfortable with all the A to Z amenities. We had little issue to find the house as the house is little inside the gully but once spotted it is easy to mark and recognize. overall highly recommend property.

Solid Stay at Marari Coral Homestay Stayed at Marari Coral Homestay during a family trip to Mararikulam, and it turned out to be a great call. The place had a calm, beachy vibe that matched the natural beauty of the area perfectly. It felt comfortable and laid-back, just what we needed. Location-wise, it’s spot on. Easy to find and close to all the top spots around Mararikulam. The homestay was clean, well-maintained, and had a simple charm to it. Big shoutout to Mr. Vilas, the owner; genuine man with a helpful attitude. He made sure we were settled in and guided us around without any fuss. His approach added a nice personal touch to the stay. All in all, it was a smooth and satisfying experience. If you’re heading to Mararikulam and want a place that’s clean, convenient, and close to the beach, Marari Coral Homestay is a solid pick. Would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Anna’s property! From the moment we arrived, Anna treated us like family — so warm, caring, and attentive. As first-time visitors to the area, she went out of her way to arrange local travel and an amazing backwater ride experience for us, which made our trip even more memorable. The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a peaceful stay. One of the highlights was the breathtaking beach view from the property — it felt like we had our own private beach!
