Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!

This yurt is the perfect basecamp for all your Denali adventures. Please be aware this is a semi-rustic lodging experience blending casual comforts and an authentic Alaskan experience. Don’t you want to say you’ve used an outhouse? The yurt is 15 miles from the entrance of Denali National Park (about 20 minutes). Healy is the “town” north of the park, so there are services, but no public transportation to get around. We own 2 rental yurts in Healy walking distance from each other.
