Location couldn’t be better, the apartment was big and lovely. Big recommendations for anyone who wants a beautiful sea view for unbeatable price!

Let me start by saying this place is AMAZING! The apartment is super luxury, top floor (16th) of the building. 2 balcony’s, one Huge balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. The smaller balcony has an amazing view of the mountains. The inside of the apartment is huge, super modern, comfortable couch, big tv. Amazing ceiling with recessed lights. The beds are amazing, very very comfortable!!! The location is a short walk from everything. We did not want to leave. If you’re looking for something luxury, book this place. 10 out of 10. You won’t regret it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Roana provided clear instructions on where to find the appartment. The appartment is clean and has everything you need. It is close to the big park and there are many shops nearby.

Our stay was fantastic! First, we loved the location. It's at the bottom edge of the promenade so we could walk along it and be around more people and restaurants or go the opposite direction for calmer surroundings. The beach directly in front of the apartment is shallow and great for kids. However, I'm a swimmer and the beach right outside and to the left is deeper. I woke up every morning and swam there which was a real treat. The newly remodeled kitchen was a dream to cook in. We didn't eat out much because we liked cooking at home. The couch and bed are new and extremely cozy and comfortable. The couch is super deep and extra comfortable for tall people. We worked remotely for 3 weeks and the wifi was fast and reliable. The air conditioners work very well and the apartment stayed cool after we turned them off. The shower had hot water, and was spacious, with both overhead and hand-held showerheads. Thanks to our hosts for their kindness and hospitality. We hope to return!

The balcony views were absolutely stunning. The host was amazing, even leaving us chocolates and water as a welcome gift. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect. I would 100% stay here again!

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

Florian is a great host and very helpful, he gave me all the answers that I needed about the area. The house is beautiful with all the amenities listed , and very clean. it has a big terrace with a great view . is located in a quiet area and close to the centre that you can reach by walking in a few minutes. the great spot for spending your time on holidays , I definitely suggest it.

The quality of this place is unmatched, especially for Albania. Felt like luxury housing, staying in a one bedroom so close to the beach. Right above a market, around the corner from the promenade and all its restaurants and shops. Beach is a short walk as well, maybe five minutes. Truly lovely to stay here. Host responds to questions quickly, and is super friendly. Only thing I’ll say is I found myself waking up when the bedroom AC kicked on in the middle of the night, and is very strong overall, so if you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to cold, I would suggest sticking to only the main AC. Would love to go back, had a great time.

Var i velipoje under en kort vistelse med min familj, stället var rent och fint. Precis så som de ser ut på bilderna. Både Flutura och hennes mamma var riktigt snälla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde något. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe!

Tolle Unterkunft. Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe. Sauber, ruhig (trotz leichtem Lärm der Straße nachts, aber voll okay), wie auf den Fotos. Super zentral. Toller Gastgeber. Danke

Briselda and her husband were very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is in a great location with direct sea view and there’s a lot of movement around. The building is in the 9th floor and the isolation is good so there isn’t too much noise. Definitely recommend this airbnb.

Prima verblijf. Er was (april 2025) een grote renovatie aan de gang. De buitenkant wordt geïsoleerd. Het is een flat, het appartement bevindt zich op de vierde verdieping. Parkeren ging heel makkelijk, onderaan de flat,gratis! De sleutel moet je ophalen bij de kleine supermarkt naast de flat. Daar wonen de ouders, lieve mensen. Communicatie met Bruna verliep via de app, ze reageerde altijd snel. WiFi werkte goed.

Un passaggio velocissimo a Tirana ma l'appartamento di Enea ha reso tutto più semplice: facile da raggiungere, vicino alla piazza centrale a cui si arriva con una passeggiata di 15 minuti, vari parcheggi nelle vicinanze, privati ma economici, solo a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto (che però abbiamo raggiunto di notte quindi non sappiamo come cambiano i tempi di percorrenza con il traffico del giorno), nonostante affacci su una strada trafficata, abbastanza silenzioso e lo stesso vale per il parco giochi del quartiere che è stato utile per far trascorrere un po' di tempo ai bambini, coinvolti in partite a calcio e corse dai locali.

We had a very nice stay at Adeida's Place. It is a very clean and beautifully decorated apartment. Located on the 8th floor, it offers a stunning view of the sea from the spacious balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we found the bed to be very comfortable. It’s just a short walk to the beach and many wonderful restaurants. Adeida is a wonderful host and we would definitely stay again!

Absolute Empfehlung für dieses wunderschöne neue Appartment. Keine direkte Strandlage, was aber überhaupt nicht stört da zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Und Esmeralda hat uns noch 2 tolle Strandempfehlunhen gegeben die man sowieso nur per Auto erreichen kann, wunderschön! Frühstück war auch liebevoll gemacht, erst recht für den günstigen Preis.

The apartment has a mindblowing view over Corfu and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! However the building is not ready yet and there were construction workers right next to the apartment and some days they were yelling and drilling so loud our baby couldn’t sleep inside. We also heard some noice from drunk neighbours in the middle of the night in the swimming pool.

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

hôte très sympathique, réactif et disponible. le logement est grand, parfaitement propre et très agréable avec cette grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine et la baie. Les jardins sont très beaux. le seul point négatif est l'environnement extérieur à la résidence avec de très nombreux chantiers de construction. Pour ce qui est du logement et de la résistance tout était parfait et la piscine était déjà fonctionnelle au 18 avril ce qui a enchanté les enfants.

Très bon séjour chez Ludvig. Le logement est très lumineux et aménagé avec goût. Le balcon avec le vue sur la mer est un vrai plus même si son orientation ne permet pas de l’avoir toute la journée. Il est facile de laisser le voiture garée au sous sol et de se rendre à pied dans le centre ville de Durres avec ses nombreuses boutiques et restaurants.

Problemloser Check-In mit Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Hochwertige Ausstattung und gute Nachbarschaft mit Bäckerei und Restaurants vor der Tür. Hervorragende Kommunikation und rundum Sorglos-Paket vor Ort, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt.
