We are located close to shopping, restaurants, parks and the fair grounds. Easy access to I-5 as well. This place is pretty quiet for being off a main road (except for work traffic between 6:45-8:45am). Weekends, always more quiet. We're next to a very quiet firehouse, which are thoughtful of the residents, they're hardly ever noisy. *Pets/additional fee of $30 for one dog for the stay. Only up to 25lbs. Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.

Minutes from the Linn County Expo Center and I-5. 20 minutes from Salem, 25 minutes from Corvallis.

We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus.
