This stylish basement unit is perfect for a couple , or a solo traveler. Located just mins from the Linc pkw and the redhill. Separate entrance to this spacious, private basement. I'm upstairs, so in case of anything, I'm a phone call away. No loud parties , please be respectful as so will I. There is free parking on the street,( DO NOT PARK ON VISITORS PARKING)which is steps away from my house. Enjoy netflix, crave and Roku channels through the flat screen 55' TV with unlimited wifi.
