The lodge has space for parking for two cars a rarity in Aldeburgh. The beach is a few minutes walk away & a little further on is the seaside town of Aldeburgh with its many attractions including shops, pubs, restaurants, art galleries, museums, theatre, golf club, yacht & sailing clubs, fisherman’s huts & much much more.

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Crane Lodge is in a private garden set back from the main house in a secluded wooded area 5 minutes from Orford. This is a perfect peaceful retreat for those looking for a getaway amongst nature on the Suffolk Heritage Coast - a perfect base to explore nearby Snape, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Recently renovated with mezzanine living, guests have the entire Lodge to themselves with a private entrance, terraced area for outside dining/bbq and off road parking. A magnificent single story holiday home with 4 super king en-suite bedrooms, 3 acres of beautiful wildlife friendly gardens and a fully equipped gym. 3 of the 4 spacious bedrooms are in the main property and the third is 'Little Owl', an en-suite annex bedroom, beside the gym, in the garden. Spring House is suitable family / friends holidays. Parties are not permitted. Please take note that individuals falling within the age range of 1 to 12 are not permitted.

The Old Customs House - cottage in Aldeburgh

This beautiful romantic cottage is in a prime position on Aldeburgh High Street located just a minutes walk to Aldeburgh beach, shops and restaurants. This iconic and charming property is believed to be one of the oldest in Aldeburgh and is thought to date back to the 18th century. The property has distinctive and unusual stone steps leading to a high level front door – the possible entrance for the Custom office – with storage below, perhaps for contraband.
