Come and stay in a quiet and private apartment above us on the second floor of our country home. This is a convenient location near Bolivar Missouri that is 1 mile from hwy 13, 4 miles from the hospital, 5 miles from SBU and 25 miles from Springfield. We are 20 minutes from Stockton Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Pomme de Terre with room for your boat. This is a large three bedroom unit with each room having a king bed with walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well.

Rustic Elegance tops this Treehouse cabin just a mile from Stockton Lake Dam and 2.5 miles to Stockton Town Center. Enjoy total privacy in this wooded scene looking out over the neighbors cattle as well deer and turkey. Sitting on Bear Creek which is spring fed and a kayak is available to explore the creek for a small fee. Fire pit and Weber grill help round out your evenings pleasures. Grocery store, gas station, restaurants, and shopping are all within 10 minutes. Outside electric included.

Located on MIllsap Farm which is home to one of Springfield's favorite summer activities; Thursday Pizza Club. Come stay in our Tiny Turtle countryside cabin and get a taste of farm life on this small organic veggie farm. Take a walk in flower patch, visit the chickens, feed your scraps to the pigs, throw the ball for the dogs, be entertained by the farm happenings. Our tiny home is well designed and can easily host a family. The farm stand is stocked and ready for you just outside your door.

Cottage at Old Wire

A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The cottage is separate but is on a hilltop next to an 8,000 square foot home. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! We are located in a quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes from Springfield international airport, 20 minutes from Stockton Lake for fishing boating and recreational beaches also 30 minutes from world-renowned Bass Pro Shops. You can get to Branson Missouri in 45-65 minutes take in the show or cruise Branson Belle or visit Silver Dollar City. then come back to your quaint cottage and relax and rest for the rest of the evening. 1920 Stone Gas Station

This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.

Cozy Woodland Cottage

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.
