We are also just a short drive to some great attractions such as: Cummins Falls State Park, Standing Stone State Park, and numerous marinas surrounding the beautiful No. 1 Houseboat Lake on the Continent, Dale Hollow.

Relax in this cozy but spacious one bedroom condo with pool (in season) and assigned parking. It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.

The little log cabin that Barnwood Builders helped build! That's right. In 2019 Barnwood Builders, along with another local team, came to Cookeville to help sort the pieces of a 1800's log cabin. Then, we took over and built out this stellar, modern space with elevated furnishings. Your family and friends will never want to leave this relaxing oasis.
