Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Treloar Cottage

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Lux House on the Lake

This house has expansive decks, outdoor kitchen and a dock for your boat or jet skiis. The large master bedroom has it's own fireplace and sitting area as well as a master bath with jet and steam shower. The other 2 bedrooms also have attached bathrooms. One with a second steam shower. We converted the exercise room into a bonus bedroom with queen bed and TV. It is right across from the 4th bathroom which has a whirlpool tub and 2 person sauna. The living room is perfect for entertaining.

This 60-acre estate features private beachfront, beach deck, firepit & hiking trails. This home can host 6 adults. Enjoy the elevated deck and rooms with plenty of lake views. Our neighboring Main House sleeps an additional 10 adults and shares the yard and private beach. Homes are separated by a dune for privacy. We have a listing for both properties on Airbnb.

A wooden deck is directly over the beach to catch the cool lake breeze (complete with lounge chairs), and the private shared beach is feet away, no stairs needed. A second deck with a bit of shade is next to the kitchen. It has a picnic table and patio table. There is a large propane gas grill on the patio next to the deck. Holland's Big Red Lighthouse is a 10 minute walk. Located between Holland & Saugatuck.

Private Lakefront Cottage w/ Gorgeous Sunset Views

Cozy, sun-filled four-bedroom cottage located 5 miles north of South Haven & 14 miles south of Saugatuck. The house is located on a bluff with stunning views of Lake Michigan. The sunsets and views of the lake are absolutely breathtaking. Extremely quiet and serene. *In June 2025, we put in wooden stair treads down to the beach. They are very steep, but can be used at your own risk. Please refer to our listing photos for pictures.
