The 4 M's Farmhouse

Charming, updated farmhouse built in 1910 on 2.5 acres with a pond in the front, two streams and a Christmas tree farm in the back. Less than a mile off the parkway and 15 minutes from New River Outfitters, who provide float trips down the New. Excellent trails within a 5 minute drive. Or just hang out at the house and enjoy the peaceful scenery from the front porch or deck. There is also a winery a couple minutes down the road. Perfect spot for hikers, motorcyclists, kayakers and tubers.

It is located just two miles from the scenic New River where you can rent canoes, kayaks or tubes and a short drive to the nearest entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Grayson Highlands State Park. You can also explore the quaint nearby towns of Sparta and West Jefferson.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our well-appointed, rustic cabin will comfortably accommodate 8 adults with 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. We are directly on the New River with over 300 feet of river frontage which is great for fishing! Plenty of bass and catfish in the river. Sit on the front porch on a swing or rocking chair and take it all in! The living room has a large stone fireplace to enjoy on chilly nights.
