A cozy space with a convenient short walk to Sewickley Village: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment. Total privacy and separate entrance. Beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. *You may hear foot traffic & other noises above (pets, etc). If this is an issue this space is not for you.

You’ll love the super high ceilings and the open concept. Originally built in 1894, we’re conveniently located near downtown and steps away from great PA Wilds hiking! Ridgway’s Rail Trail is also just blocks away. Enjoy a full kitchen and your own laundry room, as well as a dining area and personal work space.

Lovely 1250 square foot second-floor two bedroom loft in Lovely downtown Warren, PA. The living space furnished with mid-century furniture made locally in Jamestown, NY has high ceilings and large windows around the main rooms. Comfortable and fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, High-Speed Internet/wifi, living and dining area, desk, and large walk-in closet. Washer and dryer in the unit. Located in the Mahoning Commons neighborhood, a growing artist and theater district. The studio is situated in a late 19th century former city school, now home to the Calvin Center for the Arts. We are a multi purpose facility that has a gymnasium and theater company. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, nestled away, it is the perfect place to relax and take in the vast amenities of Youngstown. Close proximity to I-680, walking distance to downtown, YSU and Mill Creek Park.
