Amazing stay. Anything you would want at home was stocked and of very high quality. The layout of the bedrooms gives privacy and each with their own bathroom is great for groups. Absolutely going to be back!!!

The Airbnb was in a cute, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back deck and comfortable bed. Would stay here again!

Host was super responsive & friendly. I loved how she had music playing & the lights & vibes set upon entry. The bathroom is WONDERFUL! Truly a unique space. Would definitely stay here again on one of my weekend Pittsburgh trips. (: Oh & the sheets on the bed are heaven, & the fact that there were plenty of pillows !! LOVED it!

The apartment was charming on a quiet street abs was decorated wiry lots of Penn State pictures and even reproduction of the Lion Shrine ! Leroy and Kelley were very responsive to my questions and flexible as we added our daughter to the trip who slept very comfortably on the apartment couch. Special treat was a picture of Penn State’a only Heisman Trophy winner John Cappaletti who also went to my high school (Monsignor Bonner.)

Great spot if you are in town and need more space than a hotel room. Beds were comfortable. Very affordable and convenient for visiting family. Great find would recommend!

Ryan's place was fabulous. It was spacious and beautifully designed. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend you book his place.

The house was comfortable, attractive, and roomy. The bed and linens were fresh and high end. Rochelle answered all our questions quickly and resolved any minor issues we had. If you need a place in this area you'll be happy you stayed with Rochelle.

Great location across from trails and close to Ellicottville and hiking areas. The soaking tub was a nice addition and a beautiful spot to relax.

So great!! We loved staying at Nathan's place! The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. It was nice to look out the windows and see the beautful fall colors and the wildlife that came to visit (we saw deer and squirrels). Our kids loved playing on the trampoline and jumping in the leaves and I loved sitting on the back deck, reading my book and watching the trees sway in the wind. The house felt private and secluded, but it was close to towns and it was easy to get to. You can tell the house is old, but Nathan has done a great job renovating it. It was stocked with everything we needed, and we had plenty to do. The bedrooms were nice with soft beds and sheets. Nathan was great to work with. We even ended up staying 1 less night than we intended and he gave us a refund for that night, no questions asked. Plus, his guidebook is amazing! Overall, we would defintely recommend Serenity Woods Sanctuary. If we're ever in that neck of the woods again, we know where we'll be staying.

Had a great stay! Enjoyed the solitude and peaceful atmosphere. It was just what I needed. Lots of personal touches... I appreciated that it was not a cookie cutter Big Lots/Ikea place.
