Περιτριγυρισμένο από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα, το σπίτι αποπνέει ζεστασιά, άνεση και υψηλή αισθητική. Εδώ, η ηρεμία του τοπίου συναντά την ποιότητα μιας πραγματικής απόδρασης – εκεί όπου κάθε λεπτομέρεια έχει σχεδιαστεί για να προσφέρει ξεκούραση, αρμονία και μια βαθιά αίσθηση ευεξίας.

Secluded traditional stone house at the edge of Katichori / Portaria, view of Volos bay & Pilio Mountain. The estate, filled with fruit & walnut trees, is engulfed by nature (ideal for relaxation). Centrally located for the exploration of Pilion mountain & Coastal areas. 5min drive from Portaria (or trek up cobblestone paths), 20min from Volos (renowned for sea food meze & tsipouro), 25min from Chania ski resort. *please note: The house is reachable by foot only, the car stops 120m away!

Anneli's house with garden

The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have A/C. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies. Because of the staircase the house is not suitable for people who have mobility difficulties.

Anna's Apartment in Agria

Anna's Apartment is located in Agria, a coastal town about 7km from the city of Volos. The apartment is situated 250 m from the seaside in Agria, where you will find restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and a picturesque port with fishermen's boats. Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. An ideal, bright apartment that has sunshine all day round.

The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Στους πρόποδες του βουνού των Κενταύρων,το Πήλιο, βρίσκεται ένα όμορφο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα σε απόσταση 5km από το κέντρο του Βόλου και τη θάλασσα,6km από την Πορταριά και την Μακρινίτσα και 17km από τα Χάνια και το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο. Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 1 έως 4 άτομα. Οι άνετοι και φιλόξενοι χώροι του καλωσορίζουν τον επισκέπτη και του υπόσχονται άνεση , καθαριότητα και υπέροχη θέα στο Βόλο και τον Παγασητικό κόλπο.

Στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Μακρινίτσας ανηφορίζοντας και περπατώντας 200μ πλακόστρωτου καλντεριμιού θα βρεθείτε στη Βρύση Τσώνη. Εκεί δίπλα βρίσκεται η πλήρως ανακαινισμένη πέτρινη οικία που προσφέρεται για να περάσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης ατενίζοντας την πανοραμική θέα που σας προσφέρεται απλόχερα. Χώρος απλός λιτός όπως αρμόζει σε ένα χωριό του Πηλίου.
