Spillway Cabin’s (Brand new!) West Cabin

The Spillway Cabins are new construction with new everything! Our little slice of heaven is yours to explore and enjoy. Each cabin(west and east) have 2 br/2bth, hot tub, gas grill, Starlink internet, large flatscreen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, and fire pits! From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

Lakeshore Landing

Steps from Lake Centralia. The Lakeshore Landing is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or longer. The home is a 1280 sq/ft mobile home that has three bedrooms, two full baths, an open concept kitchen, rural WiFi, living room, private backyard with a fire pit, laundry and a relaxing patio with beach access to the lake across the road. Sip a cup a coffee from the oversized porch each morning, go for a kayak or canoe ride, or just relax in this home away from home. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Tiny Home of Whittington

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

Turtle Cove

Located on beautiful Lake Centralia, Turtle Cove offers a relaxing lakefront experience, perfect for a couple's getaway or hosting families. If you need a quiet stay nestled in nature or fun on the water, you can’t go wrong with Turtle Cove! *Over 2 guests, we require an additional $12/person per night. **Dogs -flat $50 fee. We kindly ask for pets to stay off furniture / beds & dispose of dog waste from yard. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee. ***No parties allowed.

SunnyHill Cottage

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room! Whether you’re just passing thru or spending some time in Southern IL, for work or pleasure, we would love to host you. This house is spacious, with a beautiful kitchen if you want to cook and a HUGE lawn if you need some peaceful outdoors time. With our finished Basement space we have room for those family gatherings, baby and wedding showers etc! Msg us to arrange the details for using our home for these type of events.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Drive down the lane to a secluded 3 bedroom home newly furnished. Enjoy yourself in an open concept floor plan where there is lots of room to spread out. Spend your evenings in the living room or the family room that has a fireplace. The beach offers a beautiful playground, pavilions, exercise equipment, pickleball courts and a frisbee golf course!

It is a historic Folk Victorian home, fully furnished while keeping much of its historic charm. It has bikes, antique furniture, front porch, swing, grill, back patio, & yard. Private side & back parking. Includes all appliances, 10' ceilings, & 1' thick walls. 6 minutes to interstates 57, 70, Effingham, & dozens of restaurants. 1 block to downtown Teutopolis.

This loft also offers beautiful views of the oldest State Capitol in IL and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and local shops. Welcome to Deer Creek Cabin on Lake Centralia. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful private retreat. A large deck surrounds the pool for all your family fun. Fishing and kayaking are just steps away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened-in porch overlooking a quiet cove of the beautiful lake. It is common to see deer, geese, ducks, turtles, and blue heron. As night falls, cozy up around the fire pit to make more family memories.

House By The Woods 2 bedroom/sleeps 7

We have 2 electric fireplaces, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, futon & full size bed in living room that sleeps up to 7 total. It has a side covered porch with a seating area & table with chairs. Firepit area for roasting hotdogs or marshmallows. Firewood on premises. Propane grill on back patio. Small kids play area in back yard & 4pm check in with 10am checkout.
