Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Guests normally communicate and agree with the Host an approximate time of arrival. 1) Morning check-in At their arrival to via San Carpoforo n.4, Guests can ask the building's next doorkeeper (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), whose name is Shiran, to call Host or Housekeeper that are always available at home. Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.
