One bedroom cabin on 1500 private acres of the Quartz Mountains. The owners live on the same property near the cabin. Hiking, wildlife watching, fishing within walking distance. Cabin is 300 square feet and has two twin bunk beds and one full bed. A full kitchen with an apartment sized fridge. Bathroom with shower. Electric outdoor grill. Fire pit when weather permits. There is a smart tv with inernet. No more than 4 people in or at the cabin at any given time. Additional pet fee of $30

Nestled at the foothills of the Wichita Mountains, the Take a Hike Cabin at The Lazy Buffalo portrays the captivating landscape that awaits you in the Wichita Mountains where you can find 59,000 acres of mixed prairie grass, ancient mountains, lakes, streams, and miles upon miles of trails waiting to be discovered. The Lazy Buffalo has 13 themed cabins. The spacious Take a Hike Cabin is handicap accessible, sleeps 2 guests, and offers a king size bed and bathroom with a roll in tiled shower.

Welcome to The Hangar! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This beautiful 1 story house features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (each bedroom has a private bath), with access to walking trails right out front. Enjoy a quick trip or stay awhile, this quiet community is perfect for Altus AFB military personnel or families on TDY or PCS orders but we welcome anyone visiting Altus who needs a fully furnished home with lots of amenities. We are pet friendly with a large fenced yard.

The home is equipped with WiFi, coffee maker, full kitchen, tv in every bedroom and living room, sleeper sofa and 4 queen size beds to make your stay comfortable. Located near our ranching operation just a mile outside of town, you’ll experience a slower way of life, away from life’s distractions, while enjoying the open air and clear skies. This suite is ADA friendly with an oversized shower and close designated parking. The Cardinal shares a deck with the Bluebird and does NOT have a round window.
