Warm houseboat in cityheart (see “The Bear”)

“The Bear” season 2, Houseboat in the heart of Copenhagen. 65 sqm, 4 rooms, bright and cosy flat on houseboat placed in the very center of Copenhagen but still quiet surroundings, sleeps 4 -5 persons. 3 beds sleeps 5 + extra mattress. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The bathroom/toilet is small! The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Lækker ny-renoveret lejlighed midt på Amager med stort lysindfald. Tæt på KBH centrum og tæt på metroen. Lejligheden fremstår i lyse farver og er fuldstændig renoveret. Der er 2 soveværelser med trekvarte senge og et skrivebord med siddeplads. Køkkenet er lyst og funktionelt med ovn, kogeplader og køleskab - særdeles veludstyret. Der er også en dejlig stue med sofaarrangement og spisebord , samt TV. Bad og toilet ligger for enden af entréen, som samler hele lejligheden, der ligger i stueplan.

Lejlighed tæt på strand og by

Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

Delicious topfloor penthouse-style duplex/ apartment in two levels, modern art and stylish danish design furnitures, undisturbed large privat sunny roof-terrace. Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or using the 2 bicycles. Also quite close to the Amager Beach (no. 54 on the wolds best beaches I 2024, see the map in the photos). Flexibel check in and out times. Free public parking in the street for 3 days (need apply).

Welcome to my cozy and well-kept apartment, located on a quiet street in central Amager. Please note: I have a cat, but he will not be present during your stay. All bedding and linens are freshly washed and have not been in contact with the cat. Just steps from lively Amagerbrogade with restaurants, cafés, shops, and boutiques nearby. 5 min walk to Amagerbro Metro (10 min to the airport) and 7 min to Christianshavn Metro, with quick and easy access to the city center and main attractions.

Huset ligger 5 min. fra Ørestad station, hvor toget vil bringe dig til Københavns Hovedbanegård på 6 min og metroen til Kongens Nytorv på 10 min. Danmarks største shoppingcenter Fields ligger 5 min væk, med mere end 140 butikker, biograf, spisesteder m.m. Huset har et stort køkken med plads til hyggelige spisestunder (og legende børn), 3 værelser, 1 stue og have med terrasse og trampolin. Udlejes oftest weekender.

Welcome to this hidden gem, close to all of Copenhagen's must-sees and -dos, but located at a calm and cozy street. Enjoy the vibrant neighbourhood of Amagerbro, visit the surrounding wine bars and restaurants, or stay in and enjoy your own little place in this studio. All with the city centre just a stone throw away.

Our apartment is in a residential area just outside central Copenhagen, perfect for those who want to be close to the city and the beach. It’s a 7-minute walk to Lergravsparken Metro Station, from where you can reach the airport in 7 minutes and Kongens Nytorv in 5 minutes. Amager Strandpark, a nearby beach, offers a serene escape. Ideal for families, this location balances quick access to urban attractions with a relaxed coastal atmosphere.

The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops.
