Lejligheden ligger i nybyggeri, i stueetagen med adgang til en 12 kvm stor terrasse, med direkte udgang til en stor fælles gårdhave. Lejligheden er fuld møbleret, både i køkkenet og stuen. Jeg har selv boet der i 10 år, og er rigtig glad for denne lille perle :)
