It has a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and is pet-friendly (no pet fee!), so you can enjoy it with the whole family. There is a 4K 55” smart TV with apps, a Tesla LVL 2 charger, a cabinet full of board games, books, and plenty of items to entertain both kids and adults!

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

Welcome to George's! Located in the "Village" area of Amelia County! Our apartment within the home is CLEAN, inviting, and in a friendly area with a hometown feel! Our business tenant's office is also within the home and is usually there during weekdays. There are deadbolts on all doors between guests and our business tenant so no one will be sharing space with you. (Sorry, we aren't set up for guests under 8 yrs old).
