The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Captain C1 condo. the view of the ocean was beautiful even though this was on the first floor. We enjoyed all the wild life that surrounded this place. We would definitely recommend this place.

This was a PERFECT house for our staff weekend get away! Great location, lots of beach toys, & comfortable house. Fully stocked with beach towels, kitchen accessories & everything you need. This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

This place was my home away from home for 9 nights. I loved every second of walking out the back door to the beach. I was sad to leave. I would stay here again. I only used the larger bedroom so I can only speak for that bed. It was very comfortable. If you have little dogs they may be able to get out of the back deck. I brought long leads to be able to tie mine up out there. I have one that likes to go on adventures. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo and can’t wait to return! It was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to relax. The condo was super clean and well taken care of—huge thanks to the excellent host who made everything easy and enjoyable. The resort staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We were also so glad we could bring our pets along, it made the trip even more special! One thing to note: there’s a bit of a distance from the main gate to the condo, but that ended up being one of our favorite parts. It gave us extra privacy, and most days we had the beach and pool all to ourselves. No crowds, no traffic—just peace and quiet. The setting was calm and serene, perfect for a restful getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back!

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and looked even better than the photos. The pool was awesome and a huge hit for my whole family. It was the perfect size and warmed to perfection! We loved the beach! It was a short walk and never crowded! I would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend it!!!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Great location and excellent layout. We stayed here with grandparents, Mom/Dad, and kids. Love the kitchen/dining and living room with patio to the ocean off the back. Private deck also off of master. Kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we need. Would highly recommend this place!

Staying at Scott’s home at Jacksonville Beach exceeded my expectations. This place was a beautiful get-a-way …a private oasis by the beach, close enough to all the activities! The property was pristine, newly remodeled and had everything you’d ever need. It was absolutely perfect … and exceeded my expectations. Not only was the property wonderful but our host, Scott, had amazing communications skills, gave us great recommendations, gave us a “ heads up” a ferry he suggested was cancelled for the day, was cheerful and very flexible. We had an amazing long weekend here and couldn’t have been happier. Being right on the beach in such a clean environment is so peaceful. Thank you!

The condo was as advertised. We were highly satisfied with the property and Chad was extremely responsive to all my messages, usually responding within 10 minutes. Would definitely return!

We had a perfect time staying at John’s beautiful condo! Coffee on the balcony each morning while watching the sunrise over the ocean. We counted 16 turtles in the little “river” that runs by the building. Tons of bird watching too. Super clean, very comfy furniture. The main bedroom bed is SO comfortable! Kitchen had all we needed. Shower in master was fab. Did I mention clean?! Tons of things to do. Easy access to beach. Golf cart is perfect for running to the beach or nearby restaurants. In the garage are coolers, beach chairs, and more. All you need for a perfect beach trip I’d stay at John’s again in a heartbeat!

Jodi was a great host and very accommodating. The residence and location was beautiful. We had a family of 8, four of them being kids. We went to the beach everyday and St. Augustine is a stone's throw away. Great place for a family vacation!

The place is great along an area of beach that is relatively private and mostly consists of just beachfront residents. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend!

Really beautiful and clean so close to Ocean. Christopher was extremely responsive even when I mentioned some missing items in kitchen he had them shipped overnight. Thanks will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

The location and especially the proximity to the water compared to the neighbors is darn hard to beat. You can hear the waves crashing from most rooms when the door to the front porch is open. We had a great time and totally enjoyed our stay. My only critique is that most of the windows are painted shut or are inoperable for other reasons and the 2 bedrooms on the west/street side of the house get a fair amount of road noise. Regardless, this beach house is a winner.

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt like home to spend great family time together. Would definitely return.
