The freshly planted evergreens is the property line. please don't cross over the line. Pull out couch and a 2" mattress to put on for more comfort. We also provided a sleeping bag for a child.

Go for a hike on 10 mi. of trails thru mature hardwood forest. We have 4 ponds, a creek and numerous streams. This is a working farm so we are always doing farmsy stuff. Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra space in this modern 2-bedroom 2-story home. This home has one living room upstairs and one living room downstairs, each with a 4k smart TV. The home also has a kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer upstairs. The 2-bedrooms, separate work area, bathroom with walk-in shower are downstairs. The back porch has steps with no railings. Rogersville is only a 15-minute drive.
