Cabin(1100sq. ft) has all the amenities of home but in a camping environment. Wapsipinicon river is 100 yards away for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.

The Guest House under Rose

The view is priceless, its nestled on farmland. A mile down the road, you'll discover a one lane red bridge. Go five miles to the south & there lies Pinicon Ridge Park. You can hike the trails, go kayaking, & fish the Wapsipinicon River. Just 30 miles from the Cedar Rapids airport. There is a man-made pond five miles south of the Guest House. Its four acres long. You may fish or kayak this beautiful area. Within the last year, 14 clients complimented the host on how welcoming the place is.

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! NOTE- Our home will sleep two adults and two children comfortably, but NOT 4 adults. A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With a full kitchen, a comfy couch and a king sized bed, you'll be sure to feel settled in, in no time. Just outside, enjoy a low tech fill and drain jetless hot tub in any weather! Access to a shared gym completes it. It's just minutes away from downtown Cedar Rapids, Czech Village, Newbo District, Kirkwood, and right off Interstate 380. Close to tons of great restaurants and fun entertainment, all while in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Grandma's Guest House is conveniently located just off of Hwy 151 in Cascade between the high school and care center. Within walking distance from downtown where you will find shopping and restaurants. Well maintained one level home to fit your needs. 3 bedrooms that include 1 king size, 1 queen size and 1 full size bed. Full bath with walk-in shower. Full kitchen and large dining area. Comfortable living room with TV. Half bath with washer and dryer for your convenience. Off street parking.

Cozy cabin & 1/4 acre pond. We're sure you’ll love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children or pets, and must be 21+ to book. Outdoor space, gas grill, gas fire pit. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Newly remodeled upstairs studio apartment in a 4-plex, each unit has a queen size bed for double occupancy with a separate entrance. There are 3 other units to choose from on the Airbnb site, all similar to this unit. Conveniently located near Czech Village, and New Bohemia. Close to many restaurants, Breweries, local shops and bars with live music venues. Steps away from bike/walking trail, and Mt Trashmore. 30 mins to Amana Colonies, 30 mins to Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City.

Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

For a while, “hot water” was listed as something that was “unavailable”; this is not the case. The house is fully equipped with hot water
