Lovely location (a quick walk to the beach), fully equipped kitchen, and family friendly. The beaches and sunsets in the area were amazing. Our family loved spending time there and hope to come back very soon!!

This was by far our best AirB&B experience yet. Luis is a wonderful host. We consider him family. We spent 13 days and loved every minute of it. The views were beautiful. There was plenty of room for our party of 10 to come together and enjoy swimming in the pool or playing pool as well as having our own space to wind down. The patio porch off the kitchen was my favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee. We will definitely be coming back. If there was a rating above 5 star I would give it

Todo estuvo súper bien, el host estuvo en constate comunicación cuando fue necesario, todo estaba recogido, las áreas de afuera muy bonitas, las cama muy cómodas y una cocina muy amplia y recogida

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay in Rincon. Every day we explored a different beach and came home to this gorgeous home and enjoyed the pool. Easy to get to everything the area had to offer. And the solar panels came in very handy during the island-wide blackout! Our hosts were very communicative throughout, making sure we had what we needed.

This was our second stay at Casa Don Toribio, and it has officially become part of our family’s annual tradition. The home offers a peaceful, serene retreat — a true home-away-from-home. There is something uniquely special about this property; its simple, zen-like setting allows the natural beauty of Puerto Rico to shine all around. We loved exploring the local panaderías and savoring our morning coffee while surrounded by nature. Casa Don Toribio is truly a place where you can breathe deeply and recharge. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make our stay memorable.

The space is beautiful and well equipped, has everything you need and its very comfortable. Hands down the best part is the breathtaking-million dollar view. Very peaceful atmosphere, lets you unwind. Has restaurants and bakeries near and its a 15-20 min drive to downtown Rincón. Lovely place overall. Great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay again. Host is very responsive and accommodating.

Amamos el lugar desde llegamos hasta que nos fuimos no dejamos de disfrutar apesar de las lluvias yo sólo sé que volveremos pero más días pa disfrutar más lo único que le falta es un calentador de piscina porque el agua estaba de río 😂

Adele's place was fantastic. The right amount of room for our family and a great neighborhood location. There was a market around the corner and it was just a short drive or longish walk to a pristine beach. We loved the area and everyone was so kind. When we arrived, there was an island-wide blackout so no power for the first couple days of our stay. Adele was at the house when we got there, setting up the generator and making sure we had what we needed. It wasn't an ideal situation for our vacation, but we knew it was a possibility, and Adele was SO accommodating. She and her pal Donna did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. By far our kindest and most helpful hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

If you crave breathtaking views, being surrounded by nature, clean fresh mountain breezes, then you will absolutely love Ocaso Villas! Our 4 nights there were serene! The service was excellent! Our shower water handle was not working, they were there to fix it in less than 30 minutes! We will be back! Joanna Bucko and Bill Wilson

Although I wasn’t the one staying at The Bunny Spot, my work-related team spent a couple of nights there and had a great experience. They found the property to be comfortable and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that made their stay even more convenient. The location was excellent—close to Añasco Beach and just about 10 minutes from the center of Rincón. If work brings our team back to the West Coast again, we’d definitely consider staying here once more!

We had a great stay at the Sea Turtle Beach Apartments at La Playa. We reserved the apartments about 10 months ahead, and Wilson was very responsive right from the beginning. The yard with volleyball and the huge pavillion were where we spent most of our time and were just wonderful. We also spent time out at the beach and walked up and down it a bit. We rarely saw anyone on the beach. It was a very private location. We headed into Rincon a few times during our stay to take in the culture and the sites. One of our favorite stops was up at Steps Beach where we went snorkeling and saw lots of coral and many beautiful fish. We highly recommend it! Overall, Wilson's place was exactly as described, great for our group of eight and would have been great for a group twice our size as well. It's nice because you have the option of just staying on the property and taking advantage everything it has to offer, but there are also many nice places for day visits in the area.

Loved this place! The view alone was worth it! The only tricky thing is because of the way neighbors park in the street, it can be tricky to park in the garage! If you're not a confident parker (or have a large vehicle), I would take this into consideration. The place was comfortable for our family of four, and the directions to get in and everything were super clear!

The place is stunning and peaceful. The view is breathtaking and walking around the grounds you feel transported to a different place. The pool was a great amenity in the hot afternoons. David, the owner was very friendly and nice to chat with and has interesting stories of how the place came to be. What a great place to disconnect, relax and forget the world. Perfect stay everything was in order and very clean . Check in was effortless and the atmosphere and vibe was excellent

Loved this place. Steps from the ocean. Lulled to sleep by waves,woken by roosters. Beds were super comfortable. The deck over looking the water was priceless. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10 will be back

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

A magical stay! Victoria del Mar in Rincón is a dream—just steps from Corcega Beach with stunning ocean views from the 4th floor. Despite a sudden island-wide blackout, our host Geselle went above and beyond. She quickly relocated us to another of her solar-powered apartments for the first night, ensuring we had everything we needed. The next day, she honored our request to return to the original condo so we could enjoy its sea breeze and incredible view. Even without power, the space stayed fresh and relaxing. Power returned around 2:30 a.m., but honestly, the peaceful vibe made it all worthwhile. Geselle was outstanding—kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to our comfort. She checked in often, offered towels, and made us feel cared for the entire time. Her attention to detail and warmth made all the difference. This condo is a true hidden gem, and Geselle is a 5-star host in every way. We’re already planning to come back!

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

Rent with Joshua!! The unit was better than advertised. Super clean. Gorgeous views. The outside shower and pool are great features after a long day in the ocean. The little beach right on the property is great as well!! The unit is 10-15 minutes from downtown Rincon and all major beaches. Joshua left very detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. He is extremely responsive with any questions. We loved the beach/surf Rincon vibes after a few days on the east side of the island. We are already discussing our return trip. Great value here. Don't miss!!

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
