Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Renovated Walzer house 15 mins by car from Alagna

Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

Ubicado en la pintoresca Valsesia, en el corazón del Piamonte, el exclusivo chalet La Libélula se encuentra en Scopello, provincia de Vercelli. Un rincón de paraíso a pocos minutos de las pistas de esquí de Mera y a solo 40 minutos del famoso dominio de Alagna Valsesia. La casa, totalmente independiente, cuenta con un dormitorio doble, una habitación con sofá cama, cocina equipada, baño y un amplio salón con chimenea de gas GPL, destinada únicamente a la calefacción y no apta para leña.

La casetta di Lisa è ideale per coppie che cercano un po' di relax nel verde. Si trova in una piccola frazione di casette tipiche della bellissima Valle Cervo a quasi 1.000 mt d'altitudine. Parcheggio gratuito. La strada asfaltata termina in paese, non è di passaggio, ma ad uso dei residenti. La casetta si trova sul circuito blu di Santa Maria a 2 km dal Paese di Campiglia Cervo. Nelle vicinane Rosazza, il Santuario di San Giovanni d'Andorno, Piedicavallo e l'Oasi Zegna e Bielmonte.

Il piccolo chalet, dotato di ogni comfort, dispone di cucina completamente accessoriata, zona giorno/notte, bagno, giardino (con barbecue), balcone. Il terrazzo, con vista sulle Alpi Biellesi, è il luogo preferito dalla padrona di casa, Daisy, giovane e curiosa gattina tigrata.
