Very responsive host. I booked the place hours before check-in and they were waiting for me till 11 in the night. They allowed me to check-in even at the late night and was always available on call. Even I was late for checkout but they haven't said anything. Very good experience

I had booked the entire villa for my guests to attend my Engagement. The team at Alchemy homes were very responsive and made their stay feel like home. The place was very well maintained and had all the amenities needed. The location was very close to the city but access was a little difficult as the streets leading to the villa were very narrow. This wouldn't be a problem for natives of Kerala as they are used to driving large vehicles through narrow streets but for others it could pose a challenge. Overall a very good homestay and is ideal for families coming to Kochi for holidays. I'm extremely thankful to the Alchemy Homes team, they made sure the entire experience was wonderful. Marigold Villa is the perfect place to stay in Kochi. The backyard is kept in great shape by the caretakers, and the pool is the perfect way to cool off after a long, hot day. The house itself is so, so unique. It has carvings all throughout with tons of open space. The two bedrooms have air conditioning, and it keeps them very cool. The rest of the house has ceiling fans. The caretakers also will make you breakfast at no additional charge and are such nice people. They helped checked us in and with any questions we had.

My recent stay at V's property was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Mr. V had clearly provided directions to reach the place. The accommodation exceeded my expectations - clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The exterior was also very mesmerising with lots of trees and plants. One of the highlights of my stay was the personalized recommendations provided by the host for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. It truly enhanced our experience and allowed us to explore the area like a local. The host Mr. V went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Thanks to Fahad, a great host, for being prompt and caring. Cheers!

I needed a place to freshen up and sleep for an early flight out of Kochi. Jose’s place is close to the airport and provided what I need. I had a little problem to find the address as it is on a service road. But Jose was able provide clear directions to turn off the main road.

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.

Madhu is the perfect host and even treated me to two wonderful meals in the short time that I was there. His place was really "Home away from home". His place is super clean,tidy , well furnished, ,killer view, we'll situated....... and having work to complete, I was overjoyed that the room had a work-table , a electrical plubgboard and an office chair. He even offered a large screen , external monitor, since my laptop screen is damaged. Madhu is warm, friendly, considerate and ultra responsive to one's needs . I wish I had about a week more to stay there. If that beautiful, quiet area is where you wanna stay, Madhu's place is 100%, "best pick". I will always check there for availability when in town.
