Newly renovated, four season home with a large private lot on Seneca Lake, the jewel of the Finger Lakes. Beautiful views of the sunrise in the morning over the expansive lake and the moonrise at night. 110 feet of beachfront with a huge dock. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all activities to be enjoyed or just chilling by the fire pit works also. All of this right in the middle of the Seneca Lake Winetrail, Within a mile of seven wineries including Fox Run, Red Tail, and Anthony Road.

The 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen. Both 2 and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom. The home has been recently painted and carpeted. Nice front porch to relax on as well as a side deck. Setting on one acre, half of which is wooded. The home has Air Conditioning. no lake access .
