Great stay in Broughty Ferry. Lovely property, especially liked the top floor lounge with views across The Tay and to Broughty Castle. Fantastic location, convenient for all amenities and promenade/beach access, ideal for us with our dog!

This was our second stay at the Lodge and everything was as good the second time around. A lovely setting, with views across to the sea, loads of space inside the property (which is very comfortable and well-presented) and great facilities too. It offers peace and quiet but is also just a short walk or drive from Carnoustie with its beach, shops, restaurants and (if you are travelling with kids) a great adventure playground. Brian and Matt were great hosts (again). We hope to be back again before long!

Lovely stay, keen to return. Brian & Matt were very welcoming to us all (including dog), and the property exceeded our expectations. Lovely grounds, very comfortable accommodation, and a bonus with the hot tubs and being so dog friendly.

What a fab place. Very easy to walk into Carnoustie, either along the beach or via the flat path into town. The house was very clean and tidy. It was wonderful to wake up each morning and watch the sea from the large windows. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft von Jessica ist an bester Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht, ruhig gelegen mit Zugang zum Strand und trotzdem nahe am Zentrum. Das Cottage ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, um einen tollen Urlaub zu geniessen. Vielen Dank!

Excellent place to stay. Perfect location and flat was clean and cosy. Lovely extra touches which were appreciated. Hosts provided fantastic information regarding the area and places to eat. Will most definitely return.

The cottage was so homely and had everything we needed. The view of the castle and the sea was stunning. The host, Steve popped over to say hello and check if we were happy with everything which was a lovely touch. The kids loved being so close to Broughty Ferry beach and Park which is just a five minute walk from the cottage. Having a pub with great food next door was handy too but the cottage had everything you needed to have a cosy night in and cook. We can't wait to go again next year.

We had a really nice stay in Broughty Ferry. Flat was clean and comfortable. Check in information was easy to access and understand.

Ferry Beach House is fabulous. Quirky, well decorated and immaculate. The rooms were great and the views are amazing. Lots of great local independent eateries, yummy ice cream shop. Great costal walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Fantastic accommodation right on the beach. Great for a morning stroll having had your coffee whilst looking out across the water. Great wee town too. lots to see and do with plenty of places for food and drink. I'd come back. Easy!

Lovely place to visit, after losing my mother recently I needed a place to “escape”. Comforting feeling waking up to beautiful sun rises and watching the water. It made me feel at peace for a few days. Will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful cozy cottage. Location was excellent and the furnishings in the cottage were top notch! Welcome basket was thoughtful. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. Only suggestion I would give is to provide guests with few basic things (e.g. two bottles of water, some spices, butter/oil).

We are four friends looking to have a couple of chilled nights away to have a few drinks and laughs. The apartment was perfect for us - really clean, very nicely decorated and furnished. Really comfy beds and pillows, toiletries in the bathroom, teabags, coffee, coffee pods etc in the kitchen. We had a slight issue with the shower when we were there but we contacted the host who was immediately responsive and got the problem sorted very quickly. We had a lovely time - thank you Casa Freda 🥰

Booked this accommodation for our employees who were working in the area, the accommodation was perfect to come back to after a long hard day, would definitely recommend to anyone .
