This spacious two-bedroom cottage with a cosy sunroom entrance and private sunny garden is great for golfers or families - and dogs are welcome too. Come and be our guest.

The beamed ceilings, stonewalls and oak floors all add to the character and charm of this 19th century farmhouse. Whilst being a very relaxing and welcoming house for families it is also the perfect location for friends who wish to have a break away. Four legged friends also welcome (2 dogs max) with large front and side garden/lawn **Please note- there is an additional charge of £75 for the wood fired hot tub. It needs to be requested and paid 24 hrs before arrival or it will not be available*

On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £40 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.
