Lovely older home oozing charm and with a large yard and view of the bay. Home had all the things we needed for our family and pups. Would definitely stay again! Recommend for a family to explore the area or a just a couple who want a peaceful location near the water.

We stayed for three nights at this beautiful, almost brandnew home and liked it a lot. Everything was crystal clean, very cozy and quiet at night and day. The kitchen is very well equipped so we were able to prepare nice breakfasts and dinners. The bedroom and bathroom are both very spaceous as is the living room. The host Karina was absolutely friendly and also her dad, who was our neighbor. Karina prepared a very lovely welcome package with some treats – really really kind. Thank you for having us. We would come back anytime.

The house is GORGEOUS and fit us 5 and our doggo perfectly. We loved the gorgeous lake and all the outdoor amenities for swimming, fishing, and paddling supplies. The beds were so comfy and the house was clean! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a holiday in nature with all the comforts and luxuries!

We felt lucky to find a place so close to the beautiful Kejimkujik National Park!! The yard is huge and beautiful with a lovely walk down to the lake. Comfortable beds, nice hot water, easy to control the temperature in the house. Only negatives; upstairs bathroom only has a tub, kayaks need some work.

This was exactly what the add showed, little older home with so much character right on the water. Views were amazing, so quiet and just a great place to spend the week

We had the best time. The two rooms upstairs were a bit cold only issue.

Karen's place is like home away from home for our pals' weekends away - well outfitted kitchen with a beautiful site on the Annapolis River across from Annapolis Royal, comfortable lounge and living areas, lots of great books to read and located in a charming little village. Karen is very responsible and is a great host - thanks again, Karen!

We have stayed with Bob a few times for work in the area. Each time has been great with no issues. Thanks again for the accommodations Bob.

Bonnie was a wonderful host. She provided clear instructions, was helpful and always responsive even while she was away. The place was exactly as described, peaceful, quiet and the lake view was amazing. We’ll have to come back in the summer to take advance of the lake.

Beautiful spot and exceptional hosts. Every little detail you could want has been thought of and addressed - and it was extremely kid friendly. Travelling with a toddler and a 6 year old, they loved the box of legos and the board games, as well as the kid-sized kayak. It was beautiful, peaceful, and private. The bedrooms are as described though the basement can be damp so there is a bit of a musty smell (no fault of the hosts). There is a dehumidifier running constantly. Overall it was a great stay and we really enjoyed it.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, secluded cottage. We were looking for a peaceful retreat, and this place was exactly what we needed. The cottage, though small, is incredibly cozy, homey, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The serene setting in the middle of the woods offered the perfect escape to unwind and relax. We can’t wait to return to this gem of a cottage! Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and a well-appointed, charming retreat.

A lovely large cabin in a beautiful setting, perfect for our annual family get together. Even though it was the end of September, our 10 year old spent several hours each day swimming in the lake and using the many watercraft options (paddle boat, kayaks, paddle board, canoe, etc). Mornings were spent sitting at the end of the dock with a coffee in hand watching the sun rise, and evenings were spent sitting around the cozy firepit. This place is serenity at its finest, and we can't wait to book again.

If you looking for a cozy place to stay - it is perfect choice! Ideal if you want to escape out of city for a weekend! Cottage was very warm and cozy, I felt that it was filled with love! Becky left all instructions and made sure we can reach with any questions. We had a wonderful weekend! Definitely recommend!

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The cottage met all of our expectations and more. John was a pleasure to communicate with, and we are happy we got to stay in this wonderful cottage, it’s a hidden gem.

This is such a beautiful, and serene Airbnb to spend a weekend or a week! Everything you need is provided, just bring your groceries. We had such a wonderful time. Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing hot tub the most! Make sure to bring some bug spray, the ONLY downfall were the amount of blackflies/mosquitos this time of year. We had a wonderful stay. The bunkie was cozy and well decorated. Rhonda clearly put a lot of effort into giving the space a great vibe and a theme that followed through entirely. It was still easy to get out and do activities. Can’t wait to go back!

Great spot! Family enjoyed a white Christmas here. The house was large enough for 8 of us. The Bunkie was a nice addition, but maybe not able to hold up to really cold nights in winter… but would definitely consider staying here again! Shane was great with communicating. Thanks for a great rental!

Beautiful Spot, very private. You could hear the gees in the lake, the wood peckers in the trees and the peepers in the pond. Excellent communication and very responsive. Had a great getaway.

Great home coming with a stunning view. Well done with good taste. Although steep, the walkway down was sure worth the effort. Jacuzzi and canoe present! We almost considered altering our itinerary to stay longer. All things considered, we recommend this beautiful home to everyone who enjoys nature, loves a quiet ambiance and don’t mind being a bit further “from the road”. We loved it.
