Eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung in einem Reihenhaus Anlage etwas abseits von dem Touristen Trummel . Von der Wohnung im oberen Stock, schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

this review would not be complete without mentioning my dear hosts, Mr. Ekrem and Ms. Lale who were extremely friendly and anything I needed were instantly remedied throughout my 1 month stay; I could not have asked for any better hosts. I like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. i had the 1 bedroom unit and I really enjoyed the spectacular view right from my couch and the balcony and even from bed in the bedroom. My suite was airy comfortable had everything I needed . I really felt at home. All of Kas was within walking distance to Saylam Suites I would definitely recommend Saylam suites to anyone travelling to kas. it is very likely that I will be back.

1 aya yakın bir süre kendi evimde gibi hissederek konakladım. İnanılmaz pet friendly bir yaklaşım gördüm. Ev 2 kişi için çok ideal bir ev. Ama 4 kişiye kadar da 2 gün kaldırabilecek kadar ferah. Deniz manzarasında kahvaltı keyfi de çok güzeldi. Temizlik için ek ücret alınıyor ama isterseniz kendiniz de temizleyebiliyorsunuz. Ancak buna uygun herhangi bir ekipman odada bulunmuyor. Bunlar ya bırakılmalı ya da temizlik fiyata dahil edilmeli diye düşünüyorum. Resepsiyon ve operasyon görevlileri çok dost canlısıydı. Tüm taleplerimde çok sıcak davrandılar. Konumsal olarak yeri çok iyi ancak araba olmayınca yokuş biraz yorabilir. İnerken yürüyüp dönüşte taksiyle çıkmak gerekebiliyor çok dik olduğu için. Ancak yine de merkeze inanılmaz yakın. Sadece sezon açılışı olduğu için alt taraftaki mekanın tadilatı vardı ve ve 1.katta olduğum için çok fazla tadilat sesi geliyordu. Bu konuda biraz daha hassas olabilirlerdi. Such a wonderful place to stay. I just loved chilling out on the deck with a freshly squeezed orange juice from the town and some bread as the sun slowly goes down. Then taking a walk past the ruins to the beautiful beach. It’s a fantastic laidback town and a really good place to stay. Breakfast was lovely and Hasan the host was always helpful, friendly and happy to chat about life and experiences. The room was comfortable and clean. We would have stayed longer but had to move on. I highly rexcomend it and would not hesitate to stay there again. Christin

Pretty much the perfect apartment. Very spacious, fantastic view, everything is high quality and works. Internet is good enough for work, even if the upload speed is mediocre (8 Mbits). The only cons is the location - you'll need to climb up just to reach the nearest shop.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment as a family of 5. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and extremely well located just opposite Hadrian’s Gate. The hosts were friendly and helpful in their response to any questions we had. Best of all, the breathtaking view!

Great little hotel. Selcuk and staff were very friendly and responsive. We had our apartment on the 7th floor and the sea views were beautiful. The apartment itself was clean, with good quality appliances and generally well built. The entrance to the hotel is located in a rather narrow street, but it wasn’t a problem for us, we only had to walk ~50 meters. We didn’t find the apartment noisy at night. We could hear some music from afar, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. I recommend this place for your future stay in Antalya.

Konum itibariyle büyükçakıl plajına çok yakın. Kaş merkeze araba ile 5 dakika. Evdeki her şey tertemizdi. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlüydü ,aynı binada oturuyorlar ve her ihtiyacımızı anında karşıladılar. Mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi.Park sorunu yaşamadık. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Herkese gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ediyorum. Teşekkürler.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un attico in questo residence con piscina, situato in una zona tranquilla. Soggiorno bello e confortevole. Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Geç saatte gitmemize rağmen sıkıntı yaşamadık. İlave ihtiyacımız olduğunda hızlıca dönüş yaptılar. Arka bahçesinin olması inanılmaz keyifliydi. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Huzurlu sessiz sakin bir muhitti. Bir daha yolum düşerse kesinlikle tercih ederim.

I will recommend this place with my highest regard. I and my wife are used to staving at 5 star hotels around the world, but because of our infant, we wanted to try out airbnb. we could not be more happy with the facilities, the place, and the continious help we received during our 11 night. the spa area itself is much more luxurious than many facilities in alanya. highly recommended! will for sure book here again the next time we are in alanya.

What can I say?! I came from Scotland for dental treatment. The hotel I was initially given was so noisy, uncomfortable and dirty so I moved to z suites. Coming here was like coming up for air !!The Hostess is a QUEEN. She made me feel so at home and finally I felt I had the space I actually needed. I could cook, do my washing and feel peaceful. I was also allowed to stay a little later as my airport pick up was delayed. If you are in antalya for a week plus then PLEASE don't hesitate to book here.

Great apartment with stocked kitchen making it convenient for a long stay. It is located within 12-15 min. walk from a public beach. Grocery stores are just around the corner. Everything in the apartment worked fine during our stay (14 days). The front desk people arranged a taxi ride for us to the airport at 5:00 AM. I am very happy.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Lage direkt über der Yekta Mall in der ersten Etage dadurch alles auf kurzem Weg erreichbar. Wohnung ist trotzdem ruhig. Indoorpool und Sauna sind täglich in Betrieb. Kontakt super schnell und sehr präzise Beschreibungen wir kommen gerne wieder.

Owner of the house was very welcoming and kind! We arrived late at the night, he waited for us to come. Also we forgot to buy any food in that day of arrival and he gave us welcoming gift - some food, it was very helpful at the moment. Also he helped us during our stay several times We were in a winter period (3 weeks in november/december) We had no any problems when we lived there - Despite of winter period we always had hot water (you just need 1 minute to wait until it become hot) - When it was days without sun and with cold whether hot air conditioning helped us a lot to warm up a room. - Owner gave us warm blankets, so we had no any problems with sleeping - We worked remotely, apartament has sufficiently good WiFi to work and it has a table to work on. - Apartment is very clean. - Kitchen has all you need, except of microwave :( Place is not close to town center, but it has really beautiful pebble beach near, where you can swim and watch sunsets.

Wspaniałe miejsce , jest wszystko czego potrzebuję na pobyt, pięknie, czysto, idealnie. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i życzliwy, spełnia każdą prośbę. Warto tu przyjechać, poczuć się jak w domu, mieć tak wspaniałego opiekuna, gospodarza.

Veldig fin leilighet, sol hele dagen på terrassen. Leiligheten har alt man trenger og verten er veldig hyggelig. Kan være en fordel å ha bil eller scooter i de varme månedene.

Many thanks to Gökhan for excellent communication, he always quickly resolved all our requests and questions. Nice new house, clean beautiful apartment. We liked everything. We have been to Kaş many times and know the location well, so we specially chose it to go to our favorite beach. On the terrace, you can dine enjoying stunning sunsets :)

We enjoyed our week in Kaş at Gökhan’s place. The private terrace with beautiful views over the water was the best thing about the apartment. Sunsets were truly spectacular. As others have noted the location is at the top of a steep hill. We walked to town and back one day, but drove our car the rest of the time. The road is narrow with many blind curves and no sidewalk and is very steep. The drive to town, while steep, is quick and manageable. We always found parking at the edge of town and just walked from there. The neighborhood is residential and generally quiet, but note that loud dog barking during the night was not uncommon, including a dog barking inside the building. With that in mind, we would recommend. Check-in and checkout was straightforward and Gökhan was a responsive host.
