Blue View

The house is front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

First floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style with roof garden, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia, for 4-7 guests. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.
