Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

This place is a gem! if you are looking for a cosy stay in an authentic place rather than the crazy chaos of tourist destinations, this is the place. Book and enjoy your time!

Nulla da dire, casa perfetta. La casa dispone di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e per qualsiasi cosa sono super gentilissimi e disponibili.

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Great space with lots of room and high ceilings. Right downtown so you can be at a restaurant, cafe, or bar in a moment. Super convenient that it has a lift up to the third floor where it's located. We also had a baby with us and the crib they provided was lovely. It was a pack and play style crib but I'm pretty sure it's standard crib size. He actually took it out of the box right infront of me when we checked in, and they got a foam crib mattress for it as well so it wasn't just the hard pack and play floor for her to sleep on. We stayed with them in april 2025, it was great to know that the crib was clean (as it was new the day we got there) but it might be comforting for others who might be staying in the near future to know that the crib hasn't been used very much.

The remote check-in was a first for us and went extremely smoothly. It was lovely to arrive in the clean, bright apartment after hours of travelling. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to sit on the terrace quite a bit - the views are wonderful! Apart from Castel Sant’ Angelo (well worth a visit) you could see not one but three quadrighe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice room to wake up in. We didn’t find the light coming in in the morning a problem as we were always so tired after exploring each day. The kitchen was shiny and well-equipped (I hope we used the bins/sorted the rubbish correctly!) - perhaps it could use a good solid chopping board and some cloths for drying up? Bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of storage and towel hanging space and the shower was already on the right setting so easy to use. With its easy access to various bridges into the city and both the Vatican and Trastevere in walking distance, we highly recommend!

This stay was perfect for my family of 9 adults 🙌🏽 A modern, bright, spacious place in a historic building. The rooftop terrace was so fun to have to enjoy a drink at sunset and everything was new and convenient. Helpful electronic key and instructions about the house. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great wifi if you are a digital nomad. It felt like home for cooking a meal and was quietly away from the bustle of center Rome. The location was not bad for getting to sights of Rome — near Termini Station and a short Uber ride. Just great. They thought of everything!

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement très bien situé entre le monti et le centre historique (5 min à pied du Colisée et 10 min de la fontaine de Trevi). Very, very, central location in Trastevere. Easy to get from Trastevere across the river. Half hour walk to/from Trastevere Station to get to/from FCO. The Host, Ladi, was super responsive and gave lots of suggestions and advice when he met up with us and even showed us around a little. Apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was surprisingly quiet given how central it is and the patio was a luxurious private space.

Alessandra’s apartment was perfect for our stay (two couples) in Rome. It’s in walking distance to all the attractions, but the neighborhood itself is slightly less busy than many others, while still offering countless dining and shopping options. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Alessandra was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport for our departure. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous.
