Het was super aangenaam om in de accommodatie van Christian te verblijven. Hij had enkele pagina’s uitgeschreven met activiteiten, restaurants,.. Deze beschrijvingen waren zeer uitgebreid en erg handig. Het appartement zelf was heel ruim en super netjes. Het resort was erg groot en we mochten overal gebruik van maken. Zo zijn we gaan kajakken, fitnessen, zwemmen, de zonsondergang bekeken vanuit verschillende zwembaden en ook nog eens de wekelijkse vuurshow zondags bekeken. Met andere woorden we hebben volop genoten tijdens ons verblijf. Ook indien we site wilden konden we ons gratis met de buggy’s over het terrein laten vervoeren. Je moest gewoon even melde naar waar je wilde en nog geen 5 minuten later werd je er met een golfkarretje naartoe gebracht. Dit was zeker zijn geld waard.

It was my first visit at Floral House, Im looking forward to come back there asap. It does look better than in the photos. Good aircon and large bed. Plenty of sunshine in the morning to have your coffee on the balcony. Good location close to Punch It Gym. Very quiet area right on the main road. Easy to commute to and from. Macro supermarket just down the road. Siriphan was super friendly ale helpful. Electricity bill was very cheap.

What a beautiful place this was. Clean, comfortable and stunning views. Jake was responsive and clear during check in. My guests and I were really happy and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we had the opportunity. Thank you for having us.

Top Lage! 2 Minuten zum Traumstrand mit viel Bars und Restaurants! 7 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt! Tolle Unterstützung von Matthias und seiner Frau bei Problemen!!! Ich hatte alles was ich brauchte in der Unterkunft! Der Wahnsinn erwartet einen, wenn man sich die Mühe macht und in der Anlage ganz nach oben geht, dort erwartet einen eine Terrasse mehr schreibe ich nicht dazu. This is our second stay and it was just perfect again. Great location on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants, shops, Muay Thai, etc. The house is quiet and clean. Easy to communicate with the host. We highly recommend this spot.

We had a great stay !everything you need from iron , to a hairdryer, television cooker, large fridge the views were amazing. I would definitely use this apartment again. I particularly like the breeze you got which stops you having to have the Aircon on all the time hard learning mosquitoes house as well. We used to have the windows open in the evening , and at night. The one thing I would say ,is it’s on a very steep hell as is explained in the description . You need a powerful bike .

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Top Villa, toller Pool. Der Blick nach dem Aufwachen auf den Pool ist großartig. Gastgeber waren super freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Zu Fuß ist ein Pizzaservice erreichbar, der auch hervorragende Pasta macht. Ansonsten ist ein Transportmittel sinnvoll.

Excellent place to stay. Lots of room. It is away from the action, but easy to get around using Grab. Eric was very accommodating and communicated well.

A very nice house/apartment complex on the south of Koh Samui. Great pools and nice restaurants withn a short walk, good access to a beach. A big house (3BR) with all amenities, two big bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen. A small hurdle was a communication with the local staff but nothing serious. We would love to return if available next time we visit.

Great house. Communication was excellent. Heaps of room for four couples. Pool was as in the pictures .The car was such a bonus. Robert and Yaya are great hosts.

This stunning villa is a true paradise! Just a few steps from a serene and beautiful beach, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The villa is well-equipped with everything needed for a fantastic vacation. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend it enough!

Martin went above and beyond for us, promptly answering every email; we felt genuinely cared for. The apartment provided everything we needed in a clutter-free environment. It featured two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and living room, as well as stunning views of both the sea and countryside. The area embodied authentic Thailand – remote and less convenient than we’re accustomed to, but purposefully distanced from tourist hubs. A handful of beach bars are available. I recommend trekking down the entire beach and stocking up at the Saturday market. After a rejuvenating month-long stay, we leave fully recharged, ready to embrace stimulation once more. The residence's pool is beautiful, and our two small children enjoyed swimming, much to the slight annoyance of only a couple of foreigners! Thanks, Martin, for your emotional support. 😂 We'll forever cherish our time here – life is good!

I really enjoyed my stay at DB Studios. The place was exactly as described and the pictures. It was peaceful and I enjoyed hearing the birds outside my balcony. My room was facing the entrance with a balcony which also had a view of the pool and guest lounge area. The location was in a good spot in Lamai. I was able to walk to almost everything. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. :)
