Wir haben schon einige Airbnbs gebucht, aber Bryan und Sara haben mit ihrem Airbnb besonders heraus gestochen. Sie waren die freundlichsten, zuvorkommendsten und hilfsbereitesten Hosts, die wir je hatten. Sie standen uns nicht nur mit Rat und Tat bei allen Aktivitäten zur Seite, sondern halfen uns auch bei allen Anliegen rund um die Unterkunft und den Aufenthalt. Besonders für Gäste, die auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana Lust haben und dabei authentisches italienisches Flair genießen möchten, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

Monica’s home is even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures show. The area is magical, and the house was a perfect home base for our adventures in the region. Monica proactively made so many great recommendations for what to do, where to eat, great hikes, and how to avoid the crowds during an upcoming holiday- we couldn’t ask for better guidance from a local. She met us at the house, left us wine and a little holiday treat for our kids, and spent lots of time making sure we had everything we needed. We felt so lucky to have discovered this gem of a cottage in the most beautiful location. We hope to return!

Amazing place lovely host would totally recommend if you want to del the full Florence experience

Wij hebben genoten van het appartement van Laura. De ruimte is zorgvuldig ingericht en was erg schoon en fris. Laura is een attente gastvrouw die ons van toffe tips heeft voorzien. In Genua hebben we zo’n mooie winkel kunnen bezoeken omdat Laura zich in ons als bezoeker had verdiept. Zonder haar tip waren we daar nooit terecht gekomen. Groot compliment! Helaas troffen we het niet met het weer, dus voor gebruik van het terras moeten we een keer terugkomen 😉

A beautiful place in the center of Rome. The location is very convenient and you can walk to almost all major sights. What’s best is our host, she is super helpful and attentive, she sent a lot of information and tips including check in, restaurants recommendations, which made everything so smooth and fun. Will definitely stay again next time.

Absolutely perfect location! Safe neighborhood. Walkable to everything! 🏛️⛲️🪜 Lots of shopping and restaurants! Great shops nearby for all your needs! We were so blessed to snag this apartment as a last minute fix to our itinerary! Let’s just say, everything happens for a reason! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful location! Host was fantastic! Highly recommended to have this place and it’s so convenient to most of the attractions within 30 minutes.

Great location near a very fun and family friendly Trastavere. Buses didn’t come through the narrow streets. But the bus stop was about a 12 minute walk with 6 & 8 year old kids. We loved the cobblestone roads. The balcony. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen small but what we are used to in Europe. The fridge was slightly bigger than a mini fridge.

I had a lovely experience staying here, it was a perfect location to explore local spots and was easy to get to various monuments/sights in the surrounding areas. It was a beautiful space to unwind after a day of walking through the city. Sara was very helpful in making check in smooth and was accommodating of earlier check in based on my travel plans. Would absolutely stay again and recommend!

We loved the apartment! Truly a home away from home for my family of five with three adult children in their twenties for 7 nights. It is in a wonderful residential neighborhood, quiet with unobstructed views on the 6th floor front and back. Across the street from fresh market I picked up eggs and great fruits and vegetables. We were able to enjoy walking to destinations 20 to 40 mins away or take the east metro or tram usually only under 30 mins ride to everything. Tap and go and public transport system so easy. Restaurant downstairs for first night, then we walked to Monti neighborhood or metro to spagna other nights for dinner. Easy breakfasts at the apartment and in between fix of salads and veggies using kitchen. Relaxing as family in living area and able to do quick laundry. All the convenience of home. Sometimes the kids walked home after dinner out and my husband and I with metro but then meet up at the local gelato place. My family declares Rivareno Gelato the best in town!

A nice comfortable apartment in a central location and in walking distance to all major sites.

Booked for a family holiday as a birthday surprise for my mum and all I can say is wow! The villa is stunning, well equipped and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The location is beautiful with views of the sea and surrounding areas which was great to sit on the terrace and watch the sunset. Lucio and Irma who look after the property are fantastic, so helpful, friendly and were overall just brilliant. They really made the holiday that bit more special. The pizza party was also great and something I would recommend. Would absolutely be looking to return to stay here again in the future. The only points to note (which is mentioned in the listing already) but it’s a steep hill up to the property, I would say if you were struggling with mobility this might be something to take into consideration before booking.

We had a wonderful stay, the villa was beautiful. We loved the decor, the furniture, the layout and most of all, the view was spectacular. Miriam was super helpful and responsive and gave us great recommendations - we loved having drinks at the beautiful Santa Rosa monastery and Miriam’s family restaurant La Bonta del Capo was also fantastic - delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Good location for exploring nearby towns and supermarket in walking distance. We hope to return!

Had the most amazing time in this beautiful place! Stayed for 5 nights, two families with young children, and felt at home once we got there. We were amazed by the design and surroundings. Not enough words to describe!

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Simplemente amamos la casa, la cónica está increíble, somos familia mexicana y pasamos navidad en ese lugar tranquilo y sereno. Cocinamos cosas delicias. Amamos la bienvenida de nuestros anfitriones, Mía es un amor, Guilla súper atendía y Federico el pan delicioso. Es necesario rentar coche para llegar a este mágico lugar. Lo recomiendo si deseas paz y tranquilidad.

Virkelig opmærksom vært som gjorde alt hun kunne for at hjælpe. Smukt roligt område med god udsigt fra huset. Hyggelig lille stenstrand, dog forsvandt solen omkring kl 13 i oktober. Der var flere strande i nærheden man kunne blive sejlet til med mere sol. Der var nogle hyggelige restauranter i gå afstand, særligt på piazza da Nino. Der var dog ikke meget ‘by’ i nærheden, ikke mange butikker.

We had a lovely time. It’s even prettier than the pictures. Peaceful and quiet. The children had a great time. Was greeted by Valeria, who was very kind and helpful. Patrizio reached out to check on our stay. We felt right at home. Would definitely recommend or book again.
