This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home will allow you to vacation in comfort and style. We have recently completed many upgrades to the property, including a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Share the quiet backyard and pool with your hosts. Half was between Disney & the beaches. 12 years & older only. Sofa extends to a single bed. Minutes from Interstate-4. NOT a heated pool. Wheelchairs are fine. Driveway Entry gate 39"- Breezeway to Ramp entrance 32"- Slider Entrance 33"-Bedroom door 35"-Shower (no step) 35"-Laundry 32"-Closet 35"-Queen bed 29"-standard cabinets. We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

Only minutes from I-4, which means easy access to your favorite spots in and around Central Florida. Universal Studios, for example, is about 25 minutes away. SeaWorld is 30 and Disney Springs is about 35, depending on traffic. Plenty of sports complexes are nearby. Uptown Altamonte is just around the corner. No parties or events please.

My home is about 30 minutes from theme parks such as Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney parks. Extra activities to do are Southern Hill Farms to pick fresh fruits and sunflowers. Want more fun in the sun? There is Wekiwa National park which is 7 miles away for kayaking and water springs. Additionally, Kings Landings is located 10 minutes away.

If any violation occurs, your stay will be terminated immediately, and you will be charged a $1,500 fine!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, since it is a Lake Front Apartment with an amazing view from inside. Aprox. 28 minutes from Walt Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Acuatica, Just 20 minutes from the Orlando Down Town, with a lot of great restaurants. Also, enjoy the Natural Springs of Wakiva, just 15 minutes way from this apartment,( a great place for visitors) Kitchen equipped with every thing.

Private cottage on Lake Saunders

This very private cottage is located on Lake Saunders and is perfect for a fishing get away or just spending some quiet time on the water. In just three steps off of the patio, you are down on the walkway out to the dock. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Close to Mount Dora shopping and dining, this little gem offers a quiet, nature filled experience. Pets are welcome as long as they are on leash outside.

This quiet, semi-rural home feels private, being surrounded by tall hedges. It is - a 6 minute drive to a grocery store, - a 12 minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - a 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, - a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - a 30 to 45 minute drive to the major theme parks, depending on traffic.
