The Tipi has amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the wonders our little farm and community has to offers. We are convenient to many local attractions like hiking, swimming, brewery and vineyard tours and yet secluded enough to heal your stress, enjoy time with your family or simply a special time away from the grind. Farm stay in a large off-grid tipi

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! As this is off-grid, there is no running water at the tipi but an outdoor shower is free for all guests to use at the farm. We offer: drinking water from a fountain and a water tank by the outhouse. A solar battery with one outlet for phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site.

Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels, blankets and pillows ! Feel free bring your favorite pillows! There is no drinking water provided ! Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories.

Off the beaten path, with no other campers nearby. Comes with 2 kayaks and you may rent more from local business. You may go up or down river easily and can fish from shore or from the kayaks. There are two adult life jackets also. There is a tipi at this site that you may choose to use. There is a fire ring, weber grill, charcoal, picnic table, benches, porta potty and garbage/recycle bins. Enjoy peace and quiet served daily at Simply Maple, with no other tents in sight!
